TSMC功率开关故障诊断优化

【摘要】:功率开关故障诊断是实现矩阵变换器系统在功率开关故障下的容错运行、提高系统可靠性的前提。针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC),分别分析了正常运行和功率开关故障下TSMC的运行模式,并深入分析了功率开关故障下TSMC输出相电压的特征。在此基础上,结合TSMC空间矢量调制的特点,提出了根据输出相电压的开关组误差电压定位故障开关的方法。所提方法具有诊断准确、无需检测直流侧电压、诊断速度快、实现简单等优点。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性以及所提故障诊断策略的可行性。
[Abstract]:Power switch fault diagnosis is the premise to realize the fault-tolerant operation of matrix converter system under power switch fault and to improve the reliability of the system. For the two-stage matrix converter (TSMC), the operating modes of TSMC under normal operation and power switch fault are analyzed respectively, and the characteristics of TSMC output phase voltage under power switch fault are deeply analyzed. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of TSMC space vector modulation, a method is proposed to locate the fault switch according to the error voltage of the output phase voltage. The proposed method has the advantages of accurate diagnosis, no need to detect DC voltage, fast diagnosis and simple realization. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis strategy.
