适用于配电网的相量测量单元设计与研制

【摘要】:配电网节点数量众多,网络范围大,线路之间的跨越、交叉等现象普遍,不利于大面积配置传统的相量测量装置,对全网的广域测量有一定限制。目前国内外对配电网同步相量测量系统的研究主要集中在理论分析和小范围试验阶段,真正投入电网实际应用的还较少。因此,研制适用于配电网的新型同步相量测量装置具有切实意义。文章首先对同步相量测量技术在配电网的应用及需求进行了分析和讨论,提出了应用于配电网的微型化相量测量单元(PMU Mini)的设计方案;其次根据规划方案,对系统的硬件电路设计、软件功能设计进行了详细介绍,在总体结构设计完成之后研制出了测量装置实物,并在硬件平台上进行了相关试验和测试;最后对设计的合理性、功能实现和有待改进的地方等进行了分析和讨论。微型化相量测量单元的主控芯片选用当下流行的Cortex-M3内核微处理器STM32F103ZET6,并外扩了1M字节的SDRAM用于数据缓存。模数转换器使用16位高性能同步采样芯片AD7606,由STM32自身发出的PWM波触发采样,采集数据则保存在SD卡中。GPS/北斗双模定位模块的同步时钟脉冲(PPS)信号直接控制PWM波的最初启动,是实现数据同步采样的原始信号。此外,装置配备电容式触摸屏总成,用于测量参数输入和工作状态实时显示;具有232、485通信接口和925MHz无线通信模块;通过Micro USB接口直流5V供电。文章设计的相量测量单元具有一些鲜明特点:通过触摸屏操作,人机交互方便;AD7606采样板卡有4、6和8通道三款规格,可以灵活搭配实现多种通道数据采集;具有本地数据存储、有线数据传输和无线组网功能。PMU Mini对常规PMU的硬件结构和软件功能进行了大力度精简,是一款微型化、部署灵活、价格低廉的数据同步采集系统。
[Abstract]:The large number of nodes in the distribution network, the wide range of the network, the crossing between the lines and the common phenomenon are not conducive to the installation of traditional phasor measurement devices in large areas, and has some limitations on the wide area measurement of the whole network. At present, the research on the synchronous phasor measurement system of distribution network at home and abroad is mainly focused on the theoretical analysis and the small-scale test stage, and the actual application of the system is still few. Therefore, it is of practical significance to develop a new type of synchronous phasor measurement device for distribution network. Firstly, the application and demand of synchronous phasor measurement technology in distribution network are analyzed and discussed, and the design scheme of miniature phasor measurement unit (PMU Mini) used in distribution network is put forward. Secondly, according to the planning scheme, the hardware circuit design and software function design of the system are introduced in detail. After the overall structure design is completed, the measurement device is developed, and the related experiments and tests are carried out on the hardware platform. Finally, the rationality of the design, the realization of function and the place to be improved are analyzed and discussed. The main control chip of the miniaturized phasor measurement unit selects the popular Cortex-M3 kernel microprocessor STM32F103ZET6, and expands the SDRAM of 1m bytes for data cache. Analog-to-digital converters use a 16-bit, high-performance synchronous sampling chip, AD7606, to trigger sampling by PWM waves emitted by the STM32 itself. The synchronous clock pulse (PPS) signal of GPS / Beidou dual-mode positioning module directly controls the initial start of PWM wave, which is the original signal to realize the synchronous sampling of data. In addition, the device is equipped with capacitive touch screen assembly for measuring parameter input and real-time display of working status; it has 232485 communication interface and 925MHz wireless communication module; and it is powered by DC 5V through Micro USB interface. The phasor measurement unit designed in this paper has some distinct characteristics: through touch screen operation, human-computer interaction is convenient; AD7606 sampling board has 4, 6 and 8 channels three specifications, can flexibly match to realize a variety of channel data acquisition; PMU Mini has the functions of local data storage, wired data transmission and wireless networking. PMU is a miniaturized, flexible and low-cost synchronous data acquisition system, which greatly simplifies the hardware structure and software functions of conventional PMU.
