基于提高风电消纳的荷—源协调控制策略研究

【摘要】:我国风电并网量逐年增加,风电出力的随机性与波动性给电网调峰带来的压力与日俱增,传统的水火电调度模式已经不能适应风电并网的需求,整合荷源两侧的调峰资源,进行荷-源协调控制,成为提高风电消纳水平的新途径,因此,研究基于提高风电消纳的荷-源协调控制策略具有重要理论和现实意义。本文首先概述了含风电电力系统调度运行控制策略的国内外研究现状,研究了不同时间尺度下的风电场群出力特性。大规模风电接入电网后使得负荷峰谷差和调峰需求增大,导致常规电源调峰困难及弃风严重现象,亟需高载能负荷参与调峰,以提高电网调峰能力及减少弃风。本文接下来对可连续调节、可离散调节与可中断高载能负荷运行特性进行分析,挖掘其调节潜力建立了各类高载能负荷的响应控制数学模型。在此基础上研究了日级时间尺度下的荷-源协调控制电量优化模型和小时级时间尺度下的荷-源协调控制功率优化模型。随后,提出了日级和小时级时间尺度的荷-源协调控制模式,然后结合日前荷-源协调控制电量优化模型和日内荷-源协调控制功率优化模型,分别形成基于提高风电消纳电量的日级时间尺度荷-源协调控制策略和基于提高风电消纳功率的日内小时级时间尺度荷-源协调控制策略。最后基于甘肃河西电网,仿真验证了本文所提出的基于提高风电消纳的荷-源协调控制策略的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The wind power in our country increases year by year, the randomness and volatility of wind power output bring increasing pressure to the peak shaving of the power grid, the traditional hydro-thermal power dispatching mode can not adapt to the demand of wind power grid connection, and integrate the peak-shaving resources on both sides of the load source. Load-source coordinated control is a new way to improve the level of wind power dissipation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the charge-source coordinated control strategy based on improving wind power consumption. In this paper, the research status of dispatching and operation control strategy for wind power system with wind power is summarized, and the output characteristics of wind farm group under different time scales are studied. After the large-scale wind power is connected to the power grid, the load peak-valley difference and peak-shaving demand increase, which results in the difficulty of peak-shaving and serious wind-shaving in conventional power supply. Next, the operational characteristics of continuous regulation, discrete regulation and interruptible high-load are analyzed, and the mathematical models of response control of all kinds of high-load energy load are established by excavating its regulating potential. On the basis of this, the power optimization model of charge-source coordinated control at the daily time scale and the charge-source coordinated control power optimization model on the hour-scale time scale are studied. Then, the charge-source coordination control model of day-level and hour-scale time scale is proposed, and then combined with the current-day charge-source coordinated control power optimization model and the Geneva-Netherlands-source coordinated control power optimization model. The time-scale charge-source coordination control strategy based on day-scale time scale and the inter-day hourly-scale charge-source coordinated control strategy based on increasing wind power dissipation power are formed respectively. Finally, based on Gansu Hexi Power Grid, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed load-source coordinated control strategy based on improving wind power dissipation are verified by simulation.
