消弧线圈在江西电网中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着配电网系统线路特别是电缆线路的增加,系统电容电流急剧增大。为降低弧光接地过电压发生概率,减少过电压对弱绝缘设备造成损害,目前江西电网10kV和35kV系统逐渐由不接地方式改为经消弧线圈接地方式。但由于供电公司技术人员对消弧线圈缺乏了解,同时缺乏消弧线圈必要的运行管理措施,致使部分消弧线圈处于非正常工作状态甚至长期退出运行,多数消弧线圈处于无人管控、配置不合理的局面。本文分析了电网实际运行中三种常见的接地方式,指出了消弧线圈的作用与使用范围,介绍了消弧系统的基本原理。根据江西电网所应用的消弧线圈类型,详细介绍了五种类型的消弧线圈。将类型各种消弧线圈的调节方式,优缺点等分别进行了分析比较。结合江西电网消弧线圈实际运行情况,对消弧线圈运行中暴露出的问题进行了详细分析,查找原因,并应用各种试验对配电网接地方式、消弧线圈选型及运行维护进行深入研究,提出了从设备选型、安装、调试、验收及运行维护方面的解决方案,以解决消弧线圈运行中存在的各种问题,为江西电网未来选择消弧线圈及消弧线圈运行维护方面提供指导意见。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the distribution network system line, especially the cable line, the system capacity current is sharply increased. In order to reduce the occurrence probability of the arc grounding overvoltage and to reduce the damage to the weak insulation equipment, the 10kV and 35kV systems of the Jiangxi power grid are gradually changed from the non-grounding mode to the arc suppression coil grounding mode. However, due to the lack of understanding of the arc suppression coil by the technical personnel of the power supply company, the necessary operation management measures of the arc suppression coil are not required, so that the partial arc suppression coil is in an abnormal working state or even exits the operation for a long time, and a plurality of arc suppression coils are in the situation of no control and unreasonable configuration. In this paper, three common grounding modes in the actual operation of the power grid are analyzed, the action and the use range of the arc suppression coil are pointed out, and the basic principle of the arc-extinguishing system is introduced. According to the arc suppression coil type applied in Jiangxi power grid, five types of arc suppression coil are introduced in detail. The adjustment methods, advantages and disadvantages of various arc suppression coils are analyzed and compared. Combined with the actual operation of the arc suppression coil of Jiangxi power grid, the problems exposed in the operation of the arc suppression coil are analyzed in detail, the reason is found, and various tests are applied to the grounding mode of the distribution network, the selection of the arc suppression coil and the operation and maintenance. The selection and installation of the equipment are put forward. The solution in the aspects of commissioning, acceptance and operation maintenance is to solve the problems existing in the operation of the arc suppression coil, and provide guidance for the future selection of the arc suppression coil and the arc suppression coil operation and maintenance of the Jiangxi power grid.
