带剪力键高强灌浆套管轴向承载力

【摘要】:为研究带剪力键的圆形灌浆套管轴向承载力性能,开展6个灌浆套管试件的轴压试验。试验发现:灌浆套管轴向受压时,剪力键附近灌浆体应力集中,产生细小斜裂纹;压力继续增大,斜裂纹沿剪力键之间的连线方向逐步发展并贯通,最终灌浆体被压碎;在加载初始阶段其位移-荷载关系为线性,当压力继续增大时,位移-荷载曲线进入非线性阶段,当达到其峰值承载力后,套管仍具有一定的残余承载力和延性变形能力。采用脆性开裂模型(brittle cracking)模拟高强灌浆体,对6个试件的轴压过程进行数值模拟,计算得到的裂缝开裂过程、破坏形态和承载力曲线与试验结果吻合。
[Abstract]:In order to study the axial bearing capacity of circular grouting casing with shear bond, the axial compression tests of six grouting casing specimens were carried out. It is found that when the grouting casing is subjected to axial compression, the stress concentration of the grouting body near the shear key leads to fine oblique cracks, and the oblique cracks continue to increase, and the oblique cracks develop and pass through step by step along the line between the shear bonds, and finally the grouting body is crushed. The displacement-load relationship is linear in the initial stage of loading. When the pressure continues to increase, the displacement-load curve enters the nonlinear stage. When the peak bearing capacity is reached, the casing still has a certain residual bearing capacity and ductile deformation capacity. The brittle cracking model (brittle cracking) is used to simulate the high strength grouting body. The axial compression process of six specimens is simulated by numerical simulation. The calculated crack cracking process, failure form and bearing capacity curve are in good agreement with the experimental results.
