【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,社会整体用电量呈现快速上升趋势。用电环境日益复杂,用电设备日趋多元化,使得单相电源向三相负载供电的问题也越来越不容忽视。除了非常典型的电气化铁道牵引供电系统采用单相供电(或两相)以外,在部分工业用电与民用负荷中也存在相应的需求,长期以来都没能得到足够的重识。本文主要研究内容包括:(1)总结了国内外现有的各种单相-三相变换方法,对比了各自的优缺点。经过研究分析,提出了一种新型的基于三相桥式逆变器的单相-三相变换电路拓扑,并对该拓扑的工作原理进行了详细的理论分析。(2)为便于控制实现,本文通过测量负载侧电压和电流计算负载阻抗,并引入三相数字锁相环技术辅助阻抗测量,根据其传递函数、伯德图分析了其系统性能。新型单相-三相变换电路采用电流滞环PWM控制方法,并在PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真软件平台上搭建了主电路和控制器等仿真模型。(3)对主电路中的输出侧电抗器、直流侧电容以及滤波环节的器件参数进行了具体分析和计算。(4)针对固定负载和变化负载两种情况,利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对本文提出的单相-三相变换拓扑及控制方法进行了验证。仿真结果表明:本文所提出的电路拓扑和配套的控制方法能够快速响应负载变化,将单相电源转换为三相负载所需的三相对称电源。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the overall power consumption of the society is rising rapidly, the electricity environment is becoming more and more complex, and the power equipment is becoming more and more diversified. The problem of single-phase power supply to three-phase load can not be ignored more and more, except for the very typical electrified railway traction power supply system using single-phase power supply (or two-phase). There is also a corresponding demand in some industrial electricity consumption and civil load. For a long time, we have not been able to get enough recognition. The main research contents of this paper include: 1) summarize the existing single-phase and three-phase transformation methods at home and abroad, compare their advantages and disadvantages. Through research and analysis. A novel single-phase and three-phase converter topology based on three-phase bridge inverter is proposed, and the working principle of the topology is analyzed in detail. In this paper, the load impedance is calculated by measuring the load side voltage and current, and the three-phase digital phase-locked loop (DPLL) technique is introduced to assist the impedance measurement, according to its transfer function. The new single-phase to three-phase conversion circuit adopts the current hysteresis PWM control method. The output side reactor in the main circuit is built on the PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software platform, such as main circuit and controller. The DC side capacitance and the device parameters of filter link are analyzed and calculated in detail. The topology and control method of the single-phase to three-phase transformation proposed in this paper are verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software. The simulation results show that:. The proposed circuit topology and corresponding control methods can quickly respond to load changes. A three-phase symmetrical power supply needed to convert a single-phase power supply to a three-phase load.
