【摘要】:采用商品化的磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和水性粘结剂LA132作为原料,制备LiFePO_4正极片,从极片粘附力、柔韧性及电化学性能等方面,研究NMP对采用水系粘结剂LA132制备的正极片性能的影响。当w(NMP)≤3%时,正极片的粘附力从20 N/m增加到50 N/m,柔韧性从D10提高到D1;当w(NMP)≤1%时,电池以1.0 C的电流在2.5~4.2 V循环300次,容量衰减小于8%,且不影响极片活性物质的充放电比容量及充放电特性。
[Abstract]:LiFePO_4 positive electrode was prepared by commercial lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO _ 4), N-methylpyrrolidone (LA132) and water-borne binder (LA132). The effects of NMP on the properties of positive plates prepared with water system binder LA132 were studied from the aspects of adhesion, flexibility and electrochemical properties.
