【摘要】:日渐增长的能源需求和环境意识的觉醒再次唤起了人们对风能的兴趣,风能因此成为当今世界增长最快的能源形式。由于风能的间歇性、波动性和随机性,风力发电的大规模并网将严重威胁电力系统安全可靠运行。考虑到同一地区多个风电场的风速存在一定相关性,在对含多个风电场的电力系统进行可靠性评估时应计及风电场风速的相关性。 本文以计及风电场相关性的电力系统可靠性评估为研究对象,主要工作包括以下几个方面:首先,建立了风电场风速的时间序列模型和概率分布模型,并介绍了风速概率模型相应参数的求解方法;针对含风电场的电力系统可靠性评估,建立了风电场可靠性模型。该模型包括了风电机组功率输出模型、风电场尾流效应模型以及风电机组的停运模型。其中,尾流效应模型包含Jensen模型、Lissaman模型和部分遮挡模型,并通过算例分析了风向及风机布局对风电场尾流效应的影响。 其次,考虑到处在同一地区的多个风电场的风速具有一定相关性,提出了一种计及风电场相关性的电力系统可靠性评估方法。该方法建立了风电场风速相关性模型,用以模拟具有一定相关性的多个风电场风速。同时,计及风电机组的尾流效应,利用序贯蒙特卡罗模拟各个元件的运行状态,将多个风电场接入到IEEE-RTS79测试系统进行可靠性评估,研究风电场风速相关性对电力系统可靠性的影响。最后,利用MATLAB编写相应程序,通过算例仿真结果表明:1)、随着风速相关系数的增大,风电场功率输出的波动性增加;2)、含风电场的电力系统可靠性随着相关系数的增大而降低,即风电场风速的独立性有助于提高系统的可靠性;3)、风电场分散接入较集中接入更有利于提高系统的可靠性;4)、在评估含多个风电场且渗透率较高或负荷峰值水平较高的电力系统可靠性时,应考虑风电场风速的相关性。
[Abstract]:The growing demand for energy and environmental awareness again aroused the interest of wind energy, wind energy has therefore become the world's fastest growing energy. Due to the intermittency of wind power, fluctuation and randomness, large-scale grid connected wind power will be a serious threat to the safe and reliable operation of power system. Considering the wind speed with multiple wind farms area there is a certain correlation, evaluate the reliability in power system with multiple wind farms should be correlated and wind speed.
Based on the evaluation and correlation of wind power system reliability as the research object, the main work includes the following aspects: first, establish the wind speed time series model and probability distribution model, and introduces the method of solving the corresponding parameters of wind speed probability model; for the reliability evaluation of power system with wind farm, a wind the electric reliability model. The model includes the wind turbine power output model, effect model and the outage model of wind turbine wind farm wake. The wake effect model includes Jensen model, Lissaman model and partial occlusion model, and through the example analysis of the impact of wind direction and wind flow effect on wind farm layout machine tail.
Secondly, considering around a number of wind farms in the same area of the wind speed has a certain correlation, put forward the reliability evaluation methods of a power system with wind farms. The correlation method to establish the wind speed correlation model, a plurality of wind speed to simulate has certain correlation. At the same time, the effect of wind turbine wake, running state of each element by using sequential Monte Carlo simulation, a plurality of wind farm connected to the IEEE-RTS79 test system to evaluate the reliability, effects of wind speed correlation on the reliability of power system. Finally, the corresponding program is written by MATLAB, the simulation results show that: 1), with the increase of wind speed correlation the coefficient of the fluctuation of wind power output increases; 2), wind power reliability decreases with the increase of the correlation coefficient, namely wind speed Independence is helpful to improve the reliability of the system; 3), wind farm access is more conducive to the decentralized centralized access to improve the reliability of the system; 4), containing multiple and high permeability or high level of peak load of wind power system reliability in the assessment, should consider the correlation of wind speed.
