【摘要】:当今智能电网逐渐成为世界电网发展的大势所趋,它可以容纳各种不同发电形式、各类分布式电源的接入,通过对优良的传感器和测量装置的应用,发挥设备的先进功能,利用综合优化算法的决策系统帮助我们实现了电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环保运行。智能电网离不开智能化的变电站,智能化的变电站又是智能电网的基础组成部分。随着我们对高压变电站可控、能控、在控要求的提高,使得智能化的需求不仅在新建的智能变电站,,同时对传统变电站的智能化改造也是我们近来关注以及实施智能电网建设的一个重要手段。本文主要研究了对常规变电站智能化改造,通过加装智能组件逐步实现智能化要求,从而改善传统变电站的自动化方式。 本文从介绍智能变电站的发展及构成开始,简述智能组件的定义及应用,逐步引出本文的研究重点,通过研究对智能组件主IED的加装,实现对变压器和断路器设备的智能化改造,采用“常规变压器+智能组件”或“常规断路器+智能组件”的模式,实现变压器和断路器设备状态量的采集、汇总和初步分析等功能;采用实时数据库技术对智能组件采集的数据进行组态,实现对数据的集中监控,并提供显著性差异分析、三比值等方法对监测的数据进行辅助分析。继而分析通过加装智能组件方式的智能化改造在经济上带来的效益,并具体分析天津某变电站智能化改造案例。从而证明本文研究的通过加装智能组件的方式实现高压变电站智能化是一种既经济又行之有效的方法,为今后常规变电站的智能化改造奠定了一定的探索基础,提供了一些技术支持。
[Abstract]:The smart grid has gradually become the world represent the general trend of power grid development, it can accommodate a variety of different forms of generation, access to all kinds of distributed power, through the application of sensor and measuring equipment excellent, advanced to play the function of the equipment, to help us achieve grid reliability, using decision system integrated optimization algorithm of safety, economy and high efficiency. The environmental protection operation. Smart grid cannot do without intelligent substation, intelligent substation is the basic component of the smart grid. As we can control for high voltage substation, controllable, in control requirements increase, the intelligent demand not only in the smart substation construction, the intelligent transformation of the traditional substation is us recently, concern and the implementation of smart grid construction is an important means. This paper mainly studies on conventional substation intelligent transformation, through the installation of intelligent group In order to improve the automation of the traditional substation, the intelligent requirement is gradually realized.
This paper introduces the development of Smart Substation and a start, the definition and application of intelligent components, gradually leads to the focus of this paper, through the research of intelligent installation of components of the main IED, to realize the intelligent transformation of transformer and breaker, the "conventional transformer + intelligent components" or "+ Intelligent conventional circuit breaker the component" mode, realization of transformer and circuit breaker device state acquisition function summary and preliminary analysis of the collected data; the intelligent component configuration using real-time database technology, realize the centralized monitoring of data control, and provide significant difference analysis data, three ratio method of monitoring and aided analysis. Through the analysis of the intelligent transformation of the installation of intelligent components brings in economic benefits, and specific analysis of Tianjin substation intelligent transformation so as to prove the research case. It's an economical and effective way to realize the intellectualization of high voltage substations by adding intelligent components. It lays a foundation for the future intelligent transformation of conventional substations, and provides some technical support.
