【摘要】:风力发电行业快速发展,已经成为我国新能源快速发展的重要力量,极大地推动了我国能源体制改革。但是风机的故障也随着并网风机的增大而增多,风电机组的性能评估对于风电机组的运行和维护都有重大意义。可靠性是风电机组设备的一个重要概念,是一个非常重要的质量指标。可靠性技术发展到今天,通过可靠性特征量的计算,可以给出各种定量的评价指标。有了这些可靠性定量评价的特征量,使风电机组在可靠性评定方面有了明确而有统一的方法,为风电机组的制造商和使用客户提供统一的评价平台。本文在通过实际运行数据用bin方法绘制了功率曲线图,利用风电机组的输出功率参数对其性能进行可靠性评价。该方法利用风电机组的运行功率曲线、制造商承诺功率曲线和理论功率曲线,构造风电机组的性能测试量,通过概率论和数理统计的方法,建立基于风电机组输出性能的可靠性分析方法,通过实际机组数据验证,该方法能够客观有效的对机组的可靠性和质量进行评价。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of wind power industry has become an important force in the rapid development of new energy in China, which has greatly promoted the energy system reform in China. However, the fault of wind turbine also increases with the increase of grid-connected fan. The performance evaluation of wind turbine is of great significance to the operation and maintenance of wind turbine. Reliability is an important concept of wind turbine equipment and a very important quality index. Through the calculation of reliability characteristic quantity, various quantitative evaluation indexes can be given. With these characteristics of reliability quantitative evaluation, there is a clear and unified method for reliability evaluation of wind turbine units. This paper provides a unified evaluation platform for the manufacturer and user of wind turbine. In this paper, the power curve is drawn by bin method through the actual operation data. The reliability of the wind turbine is evaluated by the output power parameters of the wind turbine. The method uses the operating power curve of the wind turbine, the manufacturer's commitment power curve and the theoretical power curve. Through probability theory and mathematical statistics, a reliability analysis method based on wind turbine output performance is established, which is verified by actual unit data. This method can evaluate the reliability and quality of the unit objectively and effectively.
