【摘要】:超临界压力直流锅炉蒸发受热面工质温度是计算金属壁面温度的基础,对于实际运行的蒸发受热面,给出了根据进出口参数确定受热面工质温度的方法,利用工质压降沿炉膛高度均匀分布的假设,可快速确定工质的压力分布,这一假设引起的工质温度的计算偏差小于1℃,这种确定工质温度的方法特别适合用于超临界压力直流锅炉炉膛受热面壁面温度的在线监测计算。
[Abstract]:The working fluid temperature of evaporative heating surface of supercritical pressure once-through boiler is the basis of calculating metal wall temperature. For the actual operating evaporative heating surface, the method of determining the working fluid temperature of heating surface according to the inlet and outlet parameters is given. The pressure distribution of the working fluid can be quickly determined by using the assumption that the pressure drop of the working fluid distributes uniformly along the furnace. The calculation deviation of the working fluid temperature caused by this assumption is less than 1 鈩,
