风电变压器典型故障分析与研究

【摘要】:近年来我国大力提倡发展环保型清洁能源,风能就是其中一种。由于风力发电系统的发电机在风力不稳定时需经常投切,导致风电变压器易出现各种异常运行状态,因此对风电变压器的抗冲击、抗短路性能提出更高要求,风力发电的不稳定性导致风电变压器的事故率远高于普通变压器,对风电变压器典型故障进行分析具有重要工程意义和应用价值,为风电变压器设计和安全稳定运行的打下基础。本课题基于实际风电故障分析、设计的需求,开展“风电变压器典型故障分析”研究。课题将针对我公司自主开发“目”字型组合式风力变压器故障进行分析。首先从根本上分析风电变压器事故原因,了解风电变压器的常见故障。再次阐述色谱分析法结合各种例行试验及其在风电变压器故障判定的所起的作用。最后通过实际例子分析变压器故障,采用油色谱分析检验,再经过直流电阻、变比、绝缘电阻等例行试验,快速、准确、有效的判定变压器各种故障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China strongly advocated the development of environmentally friendly clean energy, wind energy is one of them, because the generators of wind power system often need to switch off when the wind is unstable. Wind power transformer is prone to a variety of abnormal operation state, so the wind power transformer anti-impact, anti-short-circuit performance put forward higher requirements. The instability of wind power generation results in the accident rate of wind power transformer is much higher than that of ordinary transformer. It is of great engineering significance and application value to analyze the typical fault of wind power transformer. For wind power transformer design and safe and stable operation of the foundation. This topic based on the actual wind power failure analysis, design requirements. The research of "typical fault analysis of wind power transformer" will be carried out. The paper will analyze the fault of wind power transformer based on "item" type combined wind transformer developed by our company. Firstly, the cause of wind power transformer accident will be analyzed fundamentally. To understand the common faults of wind power transformer. Thirdly, the paper expounds the function of chromatographic analysis combined with various routine tests and its role in judging the fault of wind power transformer. Finally, the transformer fault is analyzed through practical examples. Through routine tests such as DC resistance, variable ratio, insulation resistance and so on, oil chromatographic analysis is used to determine transformer faults quickly, accurately and effectively.
