电子式电流互感器建模及暂态特性研究

【摘要】:近几十年来,随着光学技术及电力电子科学技术的进步,人类社会逐步进入了数字化时代,这些技术的发展同时也推动了电力工业的进步,并进一步促进了电子式互感器技术的研究与发展。电子式互感器能直接提供数字信号给计量保护设备,可简化二次设备,提高电网系统的准确度和可靠性,故电子式互感器开始逐渐得以广泛应用。超、特高压电力系统中,当电子式互感器处于过渡工作状态时,短路电流非周期分量衰减时间较长,而要求切除短路故障的时间很短,故对电子式互感器暂态过程中数据进行磁化曲线拟合、分析暂态过程参数以及对暂态过程进行建模等工作对电网安全有重要意义。基于电子式互感器磁化拟合与暂态特性建模对电网安全的必要性,本文对罗氏线圈原理电子式电流互感器进行了建模及暂态特性研究,同时还对TPY电流互感器磁化拟合及建模进行了研究,根据电流互感器数据得出相应暂态模型,并基于模型作了仿真及实测数据分析。主要工作体现在以下方面:(1)针对不同工作环境下罗氏线圈电流互感器等效模型,分析不同模型参数的理论计算方法及适用范围。(2)对罗氏线圈原理互感器建模,并根据罗氏线圈对应参数模型,基于Matlab平台仿真及实测数据验证其正确性。(3)对电流互感器暂态特性参数进行理论分析,包括二次时间常数、励磁电感和剩磁系数。基于Matlab平台对TPY电流互感器数据进行拟合,验证最小二乘法在电流互感器暂态建模数据处理中的可行性,进而对暂态特性测量误差进行分析。(4)建立TPY数学模型,分析当一次回路出现故障时,TPY电流互感器的输出变化。由于数学模型为非线性方程,故采用数值计算方法求解其显示解,为提高计算的精度,本课题采用4阶龙格-库塔方法。最后对TPY电流互感器数据进行实测分析,验证模型的正确性、可靠性与稳定性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, with the progress of optical technology and power electronics science and technology, human society has gradually entered the digital era, the development of these technologies has also promoted the progress of the power industry. Electronic transformers can directly provide digital signals to metering and protection equipment, simplify secondary equipment, and improve the accuracy and reliability of power system. Therefore, electronic transformers have gradually been widely used. In ultra-high voltage power systems, when electronic transformers are in transition, the attenuation time of short-circuit current is longer than that of non-periodic components. The time required to remove the short-circuit fault is very short, so the magnetization curve fitting of the data in the transient process of electronic transformer is carried out. Analysis of transient process parameters and modeling of transient process are of great significance to power network security. Based on magnetization fitting of electronic transformer and modeling of transient characteristics, it is necessary for power network security. In this paper, the modeling and transient characteristics of the electronic current transformer based on the principle of Roche coil are studied, and the magnetization fitting and modeling of the TPY current transformer are also studied. According to the data of current transformer, the corresponding transient model is obtained. Based on the model, the simulation and the analysis of the measured data are made. The main work is as follows: 1) the equivalent model of the Roche coil current transformer under different working environment. The theoretical calculation method and applicable range of different model parameters are analyzed to model the principle transformer of Roche coil, and according to the corresponding parameter model of Roche coil. Based on the simulation of Matlab platform and measured data to verify its correctness, the transient characteristic parameters of current transformer are analyzed theoretically, including the quadratic time constant. Based on the Matlab platform, the data of TPY current transformer are fitted to verify the feasibility of the least square method in the transient modeling data processing of current transformer. Then the measurement error of transient characteristics is analyzed. (4) the mathematical model of TPY is established, and the output variation of the current transformer is analyzed when the primary circuit fails. The mathematical model is a nonlinear equation. In order to improve the accuracy of the calculation, the fourth order Runge-Kutta method is adopted. Finally, the data of TPY current transformer are measured and analyzed to verify the correctness of the model. Reliability and stability.
