考虑短路电流限制的输电网扩展规划模型研究

【摘要】:电力系统负荷需求的增长,电网规模的不断扩大,使得系统短路电流水平不断升高,影响了电网运行的安全稳定性。系统短路电流水平与电网结构息息相关,而传统的输电网规划通常在网架确定后对短路电流进行校验,忽略了短路电流对电网规划的重要导向作用,也未能从电网规划层面考虑短路电流限制措施的应用。因此,如何协调输电网规划建设与限流措施的应用、合理平衡输电容量和短路容量具有重要研究意义。基于上述背景,本文重点研究了考虑短路电流限制的输电网扩展规划方法,主要完成以下工作:(1)调研了国内外关于输电网规划、短路电流限制措施应用、短路电流计算标准等方面的研究现状;(2)建立了以限流措施应用成本最小为目标,计及含限流措施的潮流平衡约束、节点电压约束、线路路潮流约束和限流措施应用约束的电网典型限流措施优化配置模型,并提出基于筛选策略的改进离散粒子群算法进行求解;(3)基于双层规划理论,将电网典型限流措施引入输电网规划当中,分别选取线路开断措施和加装限流电抗器措施,建立了考虑线路开断限流的输电网双层扩展规划模型和考虑限流电抗器优化配置的输电网双层扩展规划模型,并利用自适应遗传算法、改进离散粒子群算法求解上、下层规划问题。(4)以新英格兰39节点系统为例验证了电网典型限流措施优化配置模型及其求解算法的有效性,以Garver 6节点系统验证了考虑线路开断限流的输电网双层扩展规划模型的合理性,以18节点系统和基于18节点系统扩展的19节点系统验证了考虑限流电抗器优化配置的输电网双层扩展规划模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of power system load demand and the expansion of power network scale, the level of short-circuit current is increasing, which affects the safety and stability of power system operation. The level of system short-circuit current is closely related to the structure of power network. However, the traditional transmission network planning usually verifies the short-circuit current after the grid frame is determined, neglecting the important guiding role of short-circuit current to the power network planning. Also failed to consider the application of short-circuit current restriction measures from the power network planning level. Therefore, how to coordinate the transmission network planning and construction and the application of current limiting measures. Reasonable balance of transmission capacity and short-circuit capacity is of great significance. Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the method of transmission network expansion planning considering short-circuit current constraints. The main work is as follows: 1) the research status of transmission network planning, application of short-circuit current limitation measures, short-circuit current calculation standard and so on has been investigated. 2) taking the minimum application cost of the current limiting measures as the goal, considering the power flow balance constraints and the node voltage constraints of the current limiting measures. The optimal configuration model of typical current limiting measures for power network with line power flow constraints and current limiting measures is proposed, and an improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm based on screening strategy is proposed to solve the problem. Based on the bilevel programming theory, typical current limiting measures are introduced into transmission network planning, and line breaking measures and additional current limiting reactor measures are selected respectively. The bilevel expansion programming model of transmission network and the bilevel expansion programming model of transmission network considering the optimal configuration of current limiting reactor are established, and the adaptive genetic algorithm is used. Improved discrete Particle Swarm Optimization (DPSO), the lower layer programming problem. 4) take the New England 39-bus system as an example to verify the effectiveness of the optimal configuration model of typical current limiting measures and its algorithm. The Garver 6-bus system is used to verify the rationality of the bilevel expansion programming model of transmission network considering the line breaking and limiting current. Based on the 18-bus system and the 19-bus system based on the 18-bus system, the rationality of the bilevel expansion programming model of the transmission network considering the optimal configuration of the limiting reactor is verified.
