智能化电能质量监测管理平台研发与建设

【摘要】:由于内蒙地区经济的快速发展,内蒙电网用电负荷日趋复杂化和多样化,越来越多的非线型性、冲击性、不平衡负载和产生谐波丰富的用电设备相继接入电网,这些负荷因素都会不同程度地影响到内蒙公用电网的电能质量指标。另一方面传统的电能质量监测手段无法适应风电、电铁等快速变化负荷的监测要求,导致内蒙古电力公司公用电网的电能质量问题日益突出。而目前内蒙古电能质量在线监测装置品种繁多、良莠不齐、互不兼容,需要研究相应的技术,加强电能质量数据集成统一的处理,以规范电网电能质量在线监测系统的建设和电网发展的需要。基于以上情况,内蒙古智能化电能质量监测管理平台的研发与建设显得尤为重要,该平台以实用性、先进性、可靠性、兼容性和可扩充性为原则,研究开发并建成一套标准的、开放的电能质量监测管理应用系统平台,选择的监测点涵盖了电铁、风电、光伏、高耗能四类负荷,包括电科院主站系统、鄂尔多斯供电局和乌兰察布供电局2个子站系统、11个变电站35条出线的电能质量监测试点,监测数据通过监测终端上传至子站,子站上传至主站,子站、主站同时具有监测分析、统计形成报告的功能。并对快速变动负荷对计量的影响、数字化变电站电能质量监测进行了初步研究。系统的建成为电能质量监督和管控提供了有效手段,对加强电能质量数据集成统一的处理提供了方法,为下一步电能质量监测技术的发展奠定了基础。该平台的建成为下一步开展全面的电能质量监测奠定了基础,通过对监测数据的分析我们发现现阶段电网中电能质量影响仍然很严重,电能质量监测系统的建成将为电能质量问题的发现、治理提供了技术力量。为下一步的推广应用提供了方向。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia, the power load of Inner Mongolia power network is becoming more and more complicated and diversified, and more and more non-linear, impact, unbalanced load and harmonic rich power equipment have been connected to the power grid. On the other hand, the traditional power quality monitoring methods can not meet the monitoring requirements of wind power, electric power and other rapidly changing loads. The problem of power quality of public power network of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company is becoming more and more serious. At present, there are many kinds of on-line monitoring devices of power quality in Inner Mongolia, good and bad are mixed, and they are not compatible, so it is necessary to study the corresponding technology. To strengthen the power quality data integration and unified processing, in order to standardize the power quality online monitoring system construction and the needs of the development of the grid. Based on the above situation. The research and development of Inner Mongolia intelligent power quality monitoring and management platform is particularly important. The platform is based on the principles of practicality, advanced, reliability, compatibility and expansibility, research and development and build a set of standards. Open power quality monitoring and management application system platform, selected monitoring points covering electric rail, wind power, photovoltaic, high energy consumption of four types of load, including the main station system of the Institute of electricity. Ordos Power supply Bureau and Wulanchabu Power supply Bureau 2 sub-station system, 11 substations 35 lines of power quality monitoring pilot, monitoring data through the monitoring terminal upload to the sub-station, sub-station upload to the main station, sub-station. At the same time, the main station has the function of monitoring and analysis, statistics to form a report, and the impact of the fast changing load on the measurement. The establishment of the system provides an effective means for power quality supervision and control, and provides a method to strengthen the integrated and unified processing of power quality data. It lays a foundation for the further development of power quality monitoring technology. The completion of the platform lays a foundation for the next step to carry out comprehensive power quality monitoring. Through the analysis of the monitoring data, we find that the power quality impact is still very serious in the current power network, and the power quality monitoring system will be the discovery of power quality problems. Governance provides a technical force. For the next step to promote the application of the direction.
