太原地区220KV赵匡架空线状态评估研究与应用

【摘要】:近年来,随着电网规模的逐渐扩大,电力网及其线路结构也越来越复杂,国内外的一些大面积连锁停电事故频繁发生,事故造成的后果日益严重,对国家经济发展、人民生活和国家安全造成了巨大的影响,这使得电力系统的安全可靠运行问题变得越来越突出。如何评估电网在运行过程中特别是在故障状态和特殊运行方式下的可靠性水平成为世界各国电力系统面临的紧迫问题。 本文研究了架空线状态评估与状态检修的发展过程,分析了影响架空线运行可靠性的各种部件缺陷及成因,确定了架空线状态评估与状态检修的主要状态信息,分析了架空线路状态评估与状态检修的各种评估方法,并利用FTA故障树评判方法,建立了架空线路状态评估的数学模型。研究了架空线路状态评估与状态检修的评估标准,建立了架空线路状态评估与状态检修的各级事件,并提出了相应的权系数计算方法。 最后本文应用VB程序对上述方法进行了评估系统软件设计,并结合现场收集整理的缺陷和故障数据,将该软件应用于太原220kV赵匡线,对评估结果与实际运行的可靠性水平进行了比较分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明该数学模型简捷有效,可以得出架空输电线路不同运行状态的各级可靠性指标和相应的薄弱环节,对于指导架空输电线路的运行检修有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual expansion of the scale of the power network, the power network and its line structure is becoming more and more complex, a number of large-scale cascading blackouts occur frequently at home and abroad, the consequences of the accidents are becoming increasingly serious. It has great influence on national economic development, people's life and national security. This makes the problem of safe and reliable operation of power system more and more prominent. How to evaluate the reliability level of power network during operation, especially under the condition of fault state and special operation mode, becomes the face of power system all over the world. The pressing problem of. In this paper, the development process of condition assessment and condition maintenance of overhead lines is studied, and the defects and causes of various components affecting the reliability of overhead lines are analyzed. The main status information of overhead line condition assessment and condition maintenance is determined, and various evaluation methods of overhead line condition assessment and condition maintenance are analyzed, and the FTA fault tree evaluation method is used. The mathematical model of overhead line condition assessment is established, the evaluation standard of overhead line condition assessment and condition maintenance is studied, and the events of overhead line condition evaluation and condition maintenance are established. The calculation method of weight coefficient is put forward. Finally, the software of the evaluation system is designed by VB program, and the software is applied to the 220 kV Zhaoguang line of Taiyuan, combined with the defect and fault data collected and arranged on the spot. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the evaluation results with the reliability level of the actual operation, and the results show that the mathematical model is simple and effective. The reliability indexes and the corresponding weak links of overhead transmission lines in different operation states can be obtained, which has certain practical value for guiding the operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines.
