大规模风电基地的无功功率优化控制研究

【摘要】:“十二五”规划中,明确要求我国对能源产业进行深度变革,发展安全、经济、清洁的新型能源,风电作为新能源中发展最成熟产业,在我国得到了飞速发展。我国风电资源比较集中,而且处于电网末端,需要进行远距离输送到负荷中心。由于风力发电机为异步发电机,在发出有功的同时需要吸收无功,多个风电场形成大规模风电基地接入电网,无功电压的问题将成为首要的问题。 本文从风力发电的基本单元—风力发电机出发,首先建立了主流机型双馈感应风力发电机的数学模型,并在此基础上分析了其无功能力,为大规模风电基地的无功功率优化奠定了基础。 针对由双馈风力发电机构成的、含有SVC的风电场,提出一种无功功率优化策略,该策略主要是双馈风力发电机配合SVC进行控制,使风电场并网点电压可以自动跟踪目标电压,并由此为基础对风电场内部的无功功率进行优化,充分利用和协调风电场的无功设备,保证风电场内部节点电压稳定。并将该策略应用到北京四方公司CSC-800W风电场功率控制系统中,用实例进行了仿真验证。 对于由多个风电场汇集形成的大规模风电基地,提出一种区域性的协调控制策略,该策略以控制风电场汇集变电站的母线电压跟踪调度指令为基础,综合协调各个风电场的无功功率,使各个风电场可以相互支援,从而稳定区域内各个风电场电压,优化大规模风电基地的无功功率。并基于该策略开发风电集群无功电压协调控制系统,结合吉林通榆地区的大规模风电基地,说明了该系统可以辅助调度主站完成对大规模风电基地的无功电压控制。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan, China is required to carry on the deep transformation to the energy industry, to develop the new energy of safety, economy and cleanliness, and wind power as the most mature industry in the new energy. Wind power resources are concentrated in our country, and they are at the end of the power grid, so it is necessary to carry out long-distance transmission to the load center. The wind turbine is an asynchronous generator. It is necessary to absorb reactive power while generating active power. The problem of reactive power and voltage will become the primary problem when wind farms form large scale wind power bases to connect to the power grid. In this paper, starting from the basic unit of wind power generation, the mathematical model of the mainstream doubly-fed induction wind generator is established, and its reactive power capacity is analyzed. It lays a foundation for the reactive power optimization of large scale wind power base. A reactive power optimization strategy is proposed for wind farm with SVC, which is composed of doubly-fed wind turbine. The strategy is mainly controlled by doubly-fed wind turbine with SVC. So that wind farm node voltage can automatically track the target voltage, and based on this, the reactive power inside the wind farm can be optimized, and the reactive power equipment of the wind farm can be fully utilized and coordinated. This strategy is applied to the power control system of CSC-800W wind farm of Beijing Sifang Company. A regional coordinated control strategy is proposed for large-scale wind power bases formed by multiple wind farms. The strategy is based on controlling the busbar voltage tracking and dispatching instructions of wind farm converging substations. The reactive power of each wind farm can be coordinated synthetically so that each wind farm can support each other so as to stabilize the voltage of each wind farm in the region. The reactive power of large-scale wind power base is optimized. Based on this strategy, the coordinated control system of reactive power and voltage of wind power cluster is developed, combined with the large-scale wind power base in Tongyu area of Jilin Province. It is shown that the system can assist the main station to complete the reactive power and voltage control of the large scale wind power base.
