大型先进压水堆核电厂压力容器下筒体及下封头应力评定

【摘要】:核能作为一种安全、经济、清洁和可持续发展的发电方式,已经为社会所接受,核能发电也是我国能源战略的组成部分之一,在能源供应总量中的比例正在逐步提高。积极推进核电建设是国家重要的能源战略,对于满足经济和社会发展不断增长的能源需求,实现能源、经济和生态环境协调发展以及提升我国综合经济实力和工业技术水平具有重要意义。反应堆压力容器是核电厂反应堆冷却剂压力边界屏障中的一个重要设备。它主要用来装载反应堆堆芯,密封高温、高压的冷却剂,为反应堆安全运行提供所必需的堆芯控制和堆内测量的导向和定位。反应堆压力容器属安全一级设备,因此,要求其在各种工况下均能保持可靠的结构完整性,不会发生容器的破坏和放射性的泄漏。筒体是压力容器的主要部件,与封头或管板共同构成承压壳体,为物料的储存,完成介质的物理、化学反应及其他工艺用途提供所必需的承压空间。下封头是保证压力容器密封的重要部件。因此,下筒体和下封头的安全性是设计和使用中至关重要的问题,对它们进行应力评定是十分必要的。论文以大型先进压水堆核电厂压力容器下筒体及下封头为研究对象,根据ASME《锅炉与压力容器规范》中的相关要求,基于有限元方法,完成了反应堆压力容器下筒体及下封头在各种工况各种载荷组合作用下的一次应力强度的计算、分析与评定,并分析各个载荷对应力分布的影响,最终得出了结构强度符合规范要求的结论。在此基础上,本文通过简化整体模型,创建局部模型,对下筒体和下封头作进一步应力评定,并将计算结果与整体模型的结果进行对比分析。本论文的研究结果可为该压力容器的设计提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Nuclear energy, as a safe, economic, clean and sustainable power generation method, has been accepted by the society, and nuclear power generation is also one of the components of our energy strategy. The proportion of total energy supply is gradually increasing. Actively promoting the construction of nuclear power is an important national energy strategy to meet the growing energy demand of economic and social development and to achieve energy. The coordinated development of economy and ecological environment and the improvement of China's comprehensive economic strength and industrial technological level are of great significance. Reactor pressure vessel is an important equipment in the reactor coolant pressure boundary barrier of nuclear power plant. Mainly used to load reactor cores. Sealed high temperature, high pressure coolant, for the safe operation of the reactor to provide the necessary core control and reactor measurement of guidance and positioning. Reactor pressure vessel is a safe first class equipment, therefore. It is required to maintain reliable structural integrity under various working conditions, without the vessel damage and radioactive leakage. The cylinder is the main component of pressure vessel, together with the head or pipe plate to form a pressure shell. Provides the necessary pressure space for the storage of materials, the completion of physical, chemical reaction and other technological uses of the medium. The lower head is an important component to ensure the sealing of the pressure vessel. The safety of the lower barrel and the lower head is an important problem in the design and use. It is very necessary to evaluate their stress. This paper takes the lower cylinder and lower head of pressure vessel of large advanced PWR nuclear power plant as the research object, according to the relevant requirements of ASME Code of Boiler and pressure vessel. Based on the finite element method, the calculation, analysis and evaluation of the primary stress intensity of the reactor pressure vessel under various load combinations are completed. The influence of each load on the stress distribution is analyzed, and finally the conclusion that the structural strength meets the requirements of the code is obtained. On the basis of this, the local model is created by simplifying the whole model. Further stress assessment is made for the lower cylinder and head, and the results of calculation are compared with those of the whole model. The research results in this paper can provide technical support for the design of the pressure vessel.
