500kV输电线路安装避雷器应用效果分析与评估

【摘要】:本文主要对500kV输电线路安装避雷器的应用效果进行分析与评估,重点对输电线路避雷器的安装与使用优缺点进行介绍与研究500kV输电线路避雷器,用于保护交流电力系统的电气设备免遭大气过电压和操作过电压的损坏,是目前国际最先进的电压保护器。由于其核心元件采用具有优异非线性伏安特性和陡波响应特性的金属氧化物电阻片,与传统碳化硅避雷器相比,改善了避雷器的伏安特性,提高了过电压通流能力,从而带来避雷器特征的根本变化。而且,由于高梯度氧化锌电阻片具有良好的非线特性、通流量大、残压水平低、响应时间快和无续流等特点,高电位梯度氧化锌电阻片在线路避雷器中的应用使单位高度的电阻片数量减少,从而使线路避雷器的体积减小和重量减轻,有利于其在线路中的安装。本文详细分析介绍了高梯度氧化锌避雷器在实际超高压输电线路中的应用效果,实际使用情况、安装维护以及在实际运用中发现的问题及解决方案。同时,详细介绍了超高压输电线路遭受雷击的背景分析,与输电线路防雷的各项措施及相应的优缺点,同时对带串联间隙的高梯度金属氧化物避雷器防雷装置的试验数据分析,并结合华北地区某公司运维500千伏输电线路避雷器的使用效果进行分析,进一步指导500kV输电线路避雷器的安装与维护工作。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the application effect of installing lightning arrester on 500kV transmission line. The advantages and disadvantages of the installation and use of the transmission line arrester are introduced and studied emphatically. The 500 kV transmission line lightning arrester is introduced and studied. Electrical equipment used to protect AC power systems from atmospheric overvoltage and operating overvoltage. It is the most advanced voltage protector in the world at present. Because its core components are metal oxide resistors with excellent nonlinear volt-ampere characteristics and steep wave response characteristics, compared with the traditional silicon carbide arrester. The voltage-ampere characteristic of the arrester is improved, and the overvoltage current passing ability is improved, which brings about the fundamental change of the arrester characteristic. Moreover, the high gradient zinc oxide resistor has good off-line characteristic and the flux is large. The application of high potential gradient zinc oxide resistor in line arrester reduces the number of resistors per unit height. Therefore, the volume and weight of the line arrester are reduced, which is beneficial to the installation of the arrester in the line. The application effect of the high gradient zinc oxide arrester in the practical UHV transmission line is analyzed in detail in this paper. Practical use, installation and maintenance as well as problems and solutions found in practical application. At the same time, the background analysis of UHV transmission line by lightning strike is introduced in detail. At the same time, the test data of high gradient metal oxide lightning arrester with series gap are analyzed. Combined with the operation and maintenance of 500 kV transmission line lightning arrester of a company in North China, the application effect of the arrester is analyzed to further guide the installation and maintenance of 500 kV transmission line arrester.
