电力设备质量评价的建模与实现

【摘要】:随着电网规模的逐渐增大以及电压等级的升高,电力系统的安全可靠运行也变得越来越重要,对电力系统的设备质量要求也越来越高。电力设备质量状态的评价是确定设备健康程度的技术方法,可以及时发现设备的潜在性故障,提高电力设备运行的稳定性和安全性,也可以科学指导电网公司设备运行、维护及检修工作的开展,提高设备的运行效率以及生产效益。本文重点研究了电力设备质量评价问题和设计了设备质量评价软件,也对电力设备的质量状态进行了预测分析。 本文首先分析了现阶段设备质量状态评价相关的研究现状和发展趋势,再结合我国电力设备管理的实际情况,提出了研究的技术路线。 其次对电力设备的运行数据进行分析,找出影响电力设备运行工作状态的相关参量,确定评价指标因素,建立隶属函数。在对设备评价的相关理论进行研究的基础上,建立了电力设备质量状态评价模型。评价模型由评价指标、评价流程、评价等级以及评价方法组成。设计了评价指标权重的确定方法,将模糊层次分析法应用于电力设备质量状态的评价中,制定了电力设备质量状态评价的流程及评价等级,,并以一个评价实例来说明评价模型的应用。并设计了基于该评价模型的软件,介绍了评价系统的各个功能模块以及数据库的设计。 最后,针对设备质量状态评价只是得到电力设备当前质量状态的问题,进一步分析和使用灰色理论来对电力设备的质量状态进行预测,从而形成电力设备的状态趋势分析,达到真正掌握电力设备的质量状况和进行科学管理的目的。并进行了预测效果的验证。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of power network scale and voltage level, the safe and reliable operation of power system becomes more and more important. The evaluation of power equipment quality is a technical method to determine the equipment health, which can discover the potential fault of the equipment in time, and improve the stability and safety of the power equipment operation. It can also be used to guide the equipment operation, maintenance and maintenance of the power grid company, improve the efficiency of the equipment operation and improve the efficiency of the production. This paper focuses on the quality evaluation of power equipment and designs the equipment quality evaluation software. The quality state of power equipment is also predicted and analyzed. This paper first analyzes the current research status and development trend of equipment quality status evaluation, and then puts forward the technical route of the research combined with the actual situation of power equipment management in China. Secondly, it analyzes the operation data of power equipment, finds out the relevant parameters that affect the operation state of power equipment, determines the evaluation index factors, establishes the membership function. On the basis of the research on the relevant theory of equipment evaluation, The evaluation model of power equipment quality condition is established. The evaluation model is composed of evaluation index, evaluation process, evaluation grade and evaluation method. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied to the evaluation of power equipment quality, and the flow chart and evaluation grade of power equipment quality state evaluation are established. The application of the evaluation model is illustrated by an evaluation example, and the software based on the evaluation model is designed, and the design of each function module and database of the evaluation system is introduced. Finally, in view of the problem that the evaluation of equipment quality status is only to get the current quality state of power equipment, further analysis and use of grey theory to predict the quality state of power equipment, so as to form the state trend analysis of power equipment. The purpose of mastering the quality of electric power equipment and carrying out scientific management is achieved, and the prediction effect is verified.
