基于高可靠性的东胜城区配电网规划研究

【摘要】:城市电网建设是电力系统的重要组成部分,城市配电网的规划是否具有高可靠性直接关系着城市电网的发展和改造,也是保证供电质量和供电效率的依据。市级配电网更是担负着保障市级经济发展繁荣的重要使命。城网规划的可靠性研究和应用是实现未来城市电网运行经济性和安全性的先决条件,可以获得更大的经济和社会效益;相反,城网规划的的可靠性则可能给国家经济建设和人民日常生活带来不可弥补的损失。鄂尔多斯市近几年经济发展迅速,城市建设不断深入,城市改造力度不断加大,东胜城区是鄂尔多斯市的老城区,也是核心区。在快速发展中,逐步显现出配电网路规划不合理和供电可靠性低的现象,主要表现在城区网架整体功能不够清晰、结构薄弱、线路负荷较重且负荷分布不合理,重点区域现有线路已经不能满足未来该地区负荷增长和安全可靠的供电需求,亟需对现有网架进行分析研究并进行升级改造,甚至需在重点负荷区块内重新梳理规范供电网络。 本文首先详细叙述了配电网规划的历史背景以及近年来配电网规划的发展现状,并结合国内外关于配电网规划研究情况说明高可靠性在配电网规划中的重要作用。接着,详细介绍了配电网规划的相关理论并阐明应从哪些方面对配电网规划着手研究才能提高配电网的可靠性,介绍了一个配电网优化模型和两个电力负荷预测模型,为东胜城区配电网合理的进行电力负荷预测和区域区块划分提供理论依据。然后,根据量化分析指标和可靠性评估模型,分析了东胜城区配电网在可靠性方面存在的实际问题,为接下来东胜城区配电网的高可靠性规划方案提供了明确的方向。接着,通过指数平滑模型、灰色预测模型预测东胜城区的未来负荷,并据此对东胜城区高可靠性配电网进行合理的区域区块划分。最后,基于各区域区块的实际情况制定出了东胜城区高可靠性的分区域配电网实现方案,并对东胜城区配电网规划方案实施后的可靠性进行了评估和比较。
[Abstract]:Urban power network construction is an important part of power system. Whether the planning of urban distribution network has high reliability is directly related to the development and transformation of urban power grid. It is also the basis to ensure the quality and efficiency of power supply. The city distribution network is also charged with the important mission of ensuring the economic development and prosperity of the city. The reliability research and application of urban power network planning is to realize the economy of urban power network operation in the future. And security prerequisites, Greater economic and social benefits can be achieved; on the contrary, the reliability of urban network planning may bring irreparable losses to the country's economic construction and people's daily lives. With the deepening of urban construction and the increasing intensity of urban transformation, Dongsheng City is the old urban area and the core area of Ordos City. In the rapid development, the phenomenon of unreasonable planning of distribution network and low reliability of power supply is gradually appearing in the rapid development. The main performance is that the overall function of the urban grid is not clear enough, the structure is weak, the line load is heavy and the load distribution is unreasonable, the existing lines in the key area can no longer meet the demand of the future load growth and the safe and reliable power supply in this area. It is urgent to analyze and study the existing grid and upgrade it, and even to rearrange and standardize the power supply network in the key load blocks. In this paper, the historical background of distribution network planning and the development status of distribution network planning in recent years are described in detail, and the important role of high reliability in distribution network planning is illustrated with the domestic and foreign research on distribution network planning. The related theory of distribution network planning is introduced in detail, and the research on distribution network planning should be carried out in order to improve the reliability of distribution network. A distribution network optimization model and two power load forecasting models are introduced. This paper provides a theoretical basis for reasonable load forecasting and regional block division of Dongsheng distribution network. Then, according to the quantitative analysis index and reliability evaluation model, the practical problems in reliability of Dongsheng distribution network are analyzed. It provides a clear direction for the next high-reliability planning scheme of Dongsheng city distribution network. Then, through exponential smoothing model, grey forecasting model is used to predict the future load of Dongsheng city. Finally, based on the actual situation of each regional block, the realization scheme of high-reliability sub-regional distribution network in Dongsheng district is established. The reliability of Dongsheng distribution network plan is evaluated and compared.
