火电厂锅炉给水泵运行参数优化改进及出力匹配研究

【摘要】:锅炉给水泵是火力发电厂中最重要的辅机。锅炉给水泵在火电厂实际运行时,由于设计选型或机组系统等诸方面的原因,其性能参数往往会偏离了给水泵的设计工况点,泵运行参数出力不够或出力偏大,泵效率也偏离了给水泵的最佳效率工况点。这就造成了锅炉给水泵运行参数及出力与机组实际工况的不匹配现象,锅炉给水泵效率偏低,轴功率加大,耗电量增加,机组效率降低,造成了较大的能源浪费。 本文研究分析了火电厂锅炉给水泵在运行过程中出现的流量、扬程、汽蚀余量等性能参数及出力与机组系统不匹配等方面的各种现象和问题,从给水泵的设计理论和现场运行工况的角度分析问题出现的深层原因和机理,,提出符合实际、切实有效、经济可靠的解决措施和处理方案,使锅炉给水泵能够适应火电厂的实际运行工况,保证锅炉给水泵在最佳工况点、最高效率点运行,从而提高了锅炉给水泵和整个机组的效率,降低了机组的能源消耗。同时,分析研究给水泵运行过程中性能参数问题,便于同类产品的改进设计和性能提高,为新产品的研制提供借鉴,也为电力规划设计部门提供了给水泵性能参数的匹配性确定依据。
[Abstract]:Boiler feedwater pump is the most important auxiliary machine in thermal power plant. When boiler feedwater pump is in actual operation in thermal power plant, its performance parameters often deviate from the design working point of feedwater pump due to the reasons of design type selection or unit system, etc. The pump operating parameters are not enough or large, and the pump efficiency deviates from the optimum efficiency point of the feed pump, which results in the mismatch between the boiler feed pump operating parameters and the actual working conditions of the unit, and the low efficiency of the boiler feed pump. The increase of shaft power, the increase of power consumption and the decrease of unit efficiency result in a great waste of energy. In this paper, the phenomena and problems of flow rate, lift, cavitation allowance and mismatch between generating force and unit system are studied and analyzed in the operation of boiler feedwater pump in thermal power plant. This paper analyzes the deep causes and mechanism of the problem from the angle of the design theory of the feedwater pump and the operating condition of the field, and puts forward the solving measures and the treatment scheme which accord with the reality, practical, effective, economic and reliable. The boiler feed water pump can adapt to the actual operation condition of the thermal power plant, and ensure the boiler feed water pump to run at the best working condition and the highest efficiency point, thus improving the efficiency of the boiler feed water pump and the whole unit, reducing the energy consumption of the unit, at the same time, In order to improve the design and performance of similar products, this paper analyzes and studies the problem of performance parameters in the course of operation of feedwater pumps, and provides reference for the development of new products, as well as a basis for determining the matching of performance parameters of feedwater pumps for power planning and design departments.
