【摘要】：首先介绍了国际大电网委员会保护与自动化专业委员会(CIGRE SC B5)的研究领域、正在活动的工作组以及新工作组的筹建情况,同时介绍了2014—2016年度CIGRE SC B5的主要学术活动安排和主要研讨议题。然后重点介绍2014年巴黎会议B5学术研讨会的两个主题的论文和研讨内容,这两个主题分别是:1基于增强通信手段的继电保护和自动化新方案;2关于IEC61850各利益相关方的期望。随后简要介绍2014年度各国在保护控制及自动化专业方向上的发展动态。最后对CIGRE SC B5近两年关注的技术热点进行总结。
[Abstract]:First of all, the paper introduces the research field of CIGRE SC B5, the active working group and the preparation of the new working group. At the same time, this paper introduces the main academic activities and topics of CIGRE SCB5 in 2014-2016, and then focuses on the papers and contents of the two topics of the B5 Symposium of the Paris Conference in 2014. The two topics are: 1: 1 the new scheme for relay protection and automation based on enhanced means of communication. The expectations of IEC61850 stakeholders are discussed. A brief introduction to the professional direction of protection control and automation in 2014 is given. Finally, the focus of CIGRE SC B 5 in recent two years is summarized.
