微网系统的多目标优化动态经济调度

【摘要】:能源问题和环境问题是困扰全球的一个大问题,为推动和鼓励可再生能源的发展,“十二五”规划把微网的发展作为我国配电网的重要发展之一。然而随着微网的快速发展,微网的取得了显著效果。由于微网中的各微源具有数量多和小型化等特点,基于微网的经济性调度成为了国内外学者的研究重点。本文首先分析了微网内的各微源的基本原理以及运行特性;然后对热电联供系统的微网在并网方式和孤网方式运行时,综合考虑运行成本、环境污染成本以及综合效益为目标函数建立了动态经济调度模型,并给出了对应的约束条件;接着,用最大满意度法将多目标动态经济调度问题转化为非线性的单目标优化问题求解,采用模糊自修正粒子群优化算法分别对微网系统处于并网运行方式和孤网运行方式下的多目标优化模型求解,并基于隶属函数的模糊优化理论对目标函数以及约束条件进行相应的优化,避免了优化过程陷入局部最优并加快了收敛速度。最后以一小型微网向北方某工厂供电为例,分别在并网模式和孤网模式下进行24小时优化调度仿真,并求出对应每一时段的各微源出力情况以及对应的发电成本、环境污染成本以及综合效益,同时将本文提出的优化算法与基本粒子群优化算法进行了仿真对比分析;算例仿真结果表明,在采用模糊自修正粒子群算法求解给出的各微源出力,对应一个调度周期时段内的各项成本以及整个调度周期内的总成本;验证了本文提出的模型和优化算法的有效性,采用多目标动态经济调度能取得综合最优的效果,对工程实际应用有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Energy and environment problems are one of the major problems in the world. In order to promote and encourage the development of renewable energy, the 12th Five-Year Plan regards the development of micro-grid as one of the important development of distribution network in China. However, with the rapid development of micro-grid, Due to the large number and miniaturization of the microsources in the microgrid, Economic scheduling based on microgrid has become the research focus of scholars at home and abroad. Firstly, the basic principle and operation characteristics of microsources in microgrid are analyzed in this paper. Considering the operation cost, the environmental pollution cost and the comprehensive benefit as the objective function, the dynamic economic scheduling model is established, and the corresponding constraints are given. The multi-objective dynamic economic scheduling problem is transformed into a nonlinear single-objective optimization problem by using the maximum satisfaction method. The fuzzy self-correction particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model of microgrid system under grid-connected operation mode and solitary network operation mode respectively. Based on the fuzzy optimization theory of membership function, the objective function and the constraint conditions are optimized accordingly, which avoids the optimization process falling into local optimum and accelerates the convergence speed. Finally, a small microgrid is used as an example to supply power to a factory in the north. In the grid-connected mode and the isolated mode, the simulation of 24-hour optimal dispatching is carried out, and the corresponding micro-source output, the corresponding generation cost, the environmental pollution cost and the comprehensive benefit of each period of time are obtained. At the same time, the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the simulation results show that the fuzzy self-correction particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the given micro-source output force. The effectiveness of the proposed model and optimization algorithm is verified, and the multi-objective dynamic economic scheduling can achieve the comprehensive optimal effect, which corresponds to the cost of each period of a scheduling cycle and the total cost of the whole scheduling cycle, and the effectiveness of the proposed model and the optimization algorithm are verified. It has certain guiding significance to the practical application of engineering.
