基于灰色理论的变电站选址研究

【摘要】:变电站是电力系统的一个重要组成部分,它的安全稳定的运行与社会经济的发展密不可分。因此,对变电站选址的有关问题进行研究具有重要的意义。在目前的电网规划中,选择新建变电站地址是一项的重要环节,选址的合理性直接影响到未来电网的构架,关系着电力输送的可靠性及经济性。近些年来,人们逐步认识到了新建变电站的布局规划,对城市发展规划的重要性,新建变电站的站址确定和线路走廊的选择被纳入城市规划,为电网发展提供所必需的战略土地资源,由此看出,变电站选址就显得非常重要。开展对新建变电站的选址必须要考虑到是否靠近负荷中心等多种因素,科学合理地选定新建变电站的位置和供电范围,可以有效地避免电力系统跨区域交叉供电情况,从而提高电力系统运行的效率。当前对新建变电站选址的方法有很多种,每种方法有各自的优点和不足。本文首先介绍了选题背景和变电站选址的目的、原则和程序,对国内外研究现状进行了分析,对变电站选址评价指标进行了概述。然后详细阐述了了灰色系统理论的基本原理、体系构成及灰.色关联分析法,最后以河南省范县龙王庄乡110千伏变电站的选址为例,通过对比应用常规的选址方法与基于灰色理论的选址方法,得出了站址选择一致性的结论,论证出了基于灰色理论的变电站选址是一个有效的方法。目前该变电站建设项目的初步设计已获省电力公司批准,并进入具体的设计、施工阶段。本文解决了110千伏龙王庄选址中的诸多实际问题,对变电站选址具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Substation is an important part of power system, and its safe and stable operation is closely related to the development of social economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems related to substation location. Selection of new substation address is an important link, the rationality of location directly affects the structure of the future power grid, and relates to the reliability and economy of power transmission. In recent years, people have gradually realized the layout planning of new substation. The importance of urban development planning, the location determination of new substations and the selection of line corridors are incorporated into urban planning, which provides the necessary strategic land resources for the development of power grid. It is very important to select the location of the new substation. In order to select the location and the power supply range of the new substation scientifically and reasonably, the location of the new substation must be taken into account whether it is close to the load center or not. It can effectively avoid cross-region cross-supply of power system and improve the efficiency of power system operation. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the selected topic and the purpose, principles and procedures of the substation location, and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad. The evaluation index of substation location is summarized. Then the basic principle of grey system theory, system composition and grey color correlation analysis are described in detail. Finally, the location of 110 kV substation in Longwangzhuang Township, Fan County, Henan Province is taken as an example. By comparing the conventional site selection method with the grey theory based site selection method, the conclusion of the consistency of site selection is obtained. It is proved that the substation location based on grey theory is an effective method. At present, the preliminary design of the substation construction project has been approved by the provincial power company and entered the concrete design. In the construction stage, this paper solves many practical problems in the location of 110 kV Longwangzhuang, which is of certain guiding significance to the location of substation.
