110kV智能化变电站电气系统设计

【摘要】:随着目前我国经济大力发展,人民生活和工业生产对供电需求和供电可靠性的要求逐渐增加,给供电系统带来了新的挑战和机遇。21世纪以来,大功率电子技术、网络通信技术的日趋成熟,使智能电网从最初的概念逐渐成为现实,这让智能电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环境友好和使用安全的目标不再是梦想,而做好伴随着智能电网而出现的智能变电站的设计与建设工作,就显得尤为重要。 智能变电站是智能电网的可靠支撑,是承担输配电的枢纽,智能变电站的可靠与否直接决定了智能电网设备的监控与运行操作能力,同时为调控一体化及运维检修提供技术支持。本文主要针对长沙地区洞阳镇经济发展迅速、电力负荷增大导致的电力系统容量不足的情况,对洞阳镇110kV变电站及其智能化进行了设计。 本文在对智能化一次设备相关的先进技术及设备进行阐述的基础上,对智能变压器、高压开关设备及电子式互感器以及二次设备与其关键技术进行了深入的原理分析,包括IEC61850通讯规约,通信和网络技术、对时及同步技术等。智能变电站与常规变电站的主要差异就在于一、二次设备之间通过全站信息共享进行一体化管理,从而使智能变电站达到信息化、自动化和互动化。 最后,根据前文的分析,依据智能变电站的设计框架,,针对长沙地区洞阳镇110kV智能变电站进行了设计。从多个方面,如一次设备的智能化、信息的标准化、信息共享的网络化、应用功能的智能化、与主站及用户的互动化以及辅助应用的智能化等,对智能变电站的设计进行了全面的分析与探讨。并在文章最后对变电站的实际运行情况进行了评估、对运行过程中产生的问题提出了相应的解决方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the demand for power supply and the reliability of power supply are gradually increasing in the people's life and industrial production, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the power supply system. Since the 21st century, the high-power electronic technology has been applied to the power supply system. With the maturity of network communication technology, the smart grid has gradually become a reality from the original concept, which makes the goal of the smart grid reliable, safe, economical, efficient, environmentally friendly and safe to use is no longer a dream. It is very important to design and construct smart substation with smart grid. Intelligent substation is the reliable support of smart grid and the hub of transmission and distribution. The reliability of intelligent substation directly determines the monitoring and operation ability of smart grid equipment. At the same time, it provides technical support for the integration of regulation and control and maintenance and repair. This paper mainly aims at the situation that the economic development of Dongyang Town in Changsha area is rapid, and the power system capacity is insufficient due to the increase of power load. The 110 kV substation in Dongyang Town and its intelligent design are designed. On the basis of expounding the advanced technology and equipment related to intelligent primary equipment, this paper analyzes the principle of intelligent transformer, high-voltage switchgear, electronic transformer, secondary equipment and its key technology. Including IEC61850 communication protocol, communication and network technology, timing and synchronization technology, etc. The main difference between intelligent substation and conventional substation lies in the integrated management between primary and secondary equipments through the information sharing of the whole station. So that intelligent substation to achieve information, automation and interaction. Finally, according to the above analysis, according to the design frame of intelligent substation, the 110kV intelligent substation of Dongyang Town in Changsha area is designed. The network of information sharing, the intelligence of application function, the interaction with master station and user, and the intelligence of auxiliary application, etc. The design of intelligent substation is comprehensively analyzed and discussed. At the end of the paper, the actual operation of substation is evaluated, and the corresponding solutions to the problems in operation are put forward.
