生物质发电燃料收集成本测算模型及实证分析

【摘要】:生物质发电成本过高是制约生物质发电企业发展的重要因素,而秸秆燃料的收集成本是生物质发电燃料成本的主要构成部分。应用微积分法建立秸秆燃料收集成本模型,以25MW生物质电厂为例测算秸秆收集成本,并分析了秸秆收集成本的构成。实证研究表明,运输成本是秸秆收集成本的关键组成部分。敏感性分析表明,秸秆收集半径是影响秸秆收集成本的最敏感的因素。同时模拟分析表明秸秆收集成本、秸秆运输成本与经纪人数量呈U型关系,因此科学合理地确定经纪人数量有利于降低秸秆收集成本。根据研究结论,提出了促进生物质发电产业发展的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:The high cost of biomass power generation is an important factor restricting the development of biomass power generation enterprises, and the cost of collecting straw fuel is the main component of the cost of biomass power generation fuel. Taking 25MW biomass power plant as an example, the cost of straw collection is calculated, and the composition of the cost of straw collection is analyzed. The empirical study shows that the transportation cost is the key component of the cost of straw collection. The radius of straw collection was the most sensitive factor affecting the cost of straw collection, and the simulation analysis showed that the cost of straw collection, the transportation cost of straw and the number of brokers were U-shaped. Therefore, determining the number of brokers scientifically and reasonably is helpful to reduce the cost of straw collection. According to the conclusion of the study, the relevant policy suggestions for promoting the development of biomass power generation industry are put forward.
