变压器器身压紧结构与工艺的改进研究

【摘要】:变压器是电力系统中的重要组成部分,变压器的稳定性和可靠性直接关系着电网系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,而变压器器身的压紧程度又决定着变压器在短路情况下能够承受短路力的能力大小。因此对变压器器身压紧结构和器身压紧工艺进行改进研究,不仅对提高变压器的生产效率有帮助,而且对整个电网的安全性和经济性具有重要的作用。本文通过对变压器在短路情况下器身所受到的轴向力进行深入的分析和研究,同时对轴向预紧力的选取原则以及计算方法进行了探讨。结合目前国内普遍采用的器身压紧工艺,对公司现有的器身压紧结构、压紧工艺以及器身压紧存在的问题进行分析和改进,在器身压紧结构方面,将原先采用的压钉式压紧结构改成支板加绝缘垫块的形式,并且在压紧位置和压紧点数量上都有改进,同时改进与压紧有关的材料、工装及附件;在器身压紧工艺方面,针对上铁轭下端面与压板之间不够紧实的问题,提出独创式的软管辅助压紧工艺模式、压紧复核模式、液压压紧和气压压紧系统等。采用对比试验的方法对改进后的压紧工艺进行数据采集和统计,从而确定改进后工艺的有效性和实用性。本文的研究已经应用到变压器的制造生产实践,验证其效果是显著的。
[Abstract]:Transformer is an important part of power system. The stability and reliability of transformer is directly related to the stability and reliability of power system. The degree of compression of the transformer body determines the ability of the transformer to withstand the short-circuit force under the short-circuit condition. It is not only helpful to improve the efficiency of transformer production, but also plays an important role in the safety and economy of the whole power network. In this paper, the axial force of the transformer under the condition of short circuit is deeply analyzed and studied. At the same time, the selection principle and calculation method of axial pretightening force are discussed. The pressing process and the problems existing in the compression of the body are analyzed and improved. In the case of the compression structure of the body, the original compression structure of the nail type is changed into the form of the support plate and the insulation pad. At the same time, it also improves the material, tooling and accessories related to compaction, and aims at the problem of insufficient compaction between the upper iron yoke end face and the press plate in the pressing process of the device body. This paper puts forward the original soft hose auxiliary compaction process mode, compaction rechecking mode, hydraulic compaction system and pneumatic compaction system, etc. The improved compression process is collected and counted by contrast test method. In order to determine the effectiveness and practicability of the improved process, the research in this paper has been applied to the manufacturing practice of transformer, and the effect is obvious.
