锅炉低负荷工况下脱硝系统投运率提高的改造技术

【摘要】:对通过分级省煤器改造来提高超临界锅炉低负荷工况下脱硝系统投运率的改造案例进行了研究。通过持续2个月的运行监控表明,运用分级省煤器改造来保证低负荷工况下NOx的持续超低排放、脱硝系统的安全稳定投运方案切实可行,且锅炉排烟温度进一步降低,为目前国内众多采用SCR工艺进行烟气脱硝的电厂升级改造提供了可靠的参考依据。
[Abstract]:A case study on improving the operation rate of denitrification system under the condition of low load of supercritical boiler through the retrofit of classifying economizer is carried out. The results of operation monitoring for 2 months show that, The classification economizer is used to guarantee the continuous ultra-low emission of NOx under low load condition, the safe and stable operation scheme of denitrification system is feasible, and the boiler exhaust gas temperature is further reduced. It provides a reliable reference for the upgrading and renovation of many power plants with flue gas denitrification using SCR process.
