大规模风电并网对系统静态电压稳定性的影响研究

【摘要】:风力发电作为技术上最为成熟的清洁能源发电方式,近年来得到了迅猛的发展,并网风电规模越来越大。然而,风力发电在充分利用清洁能源的同时,其出力具有波动性和随机性,这些特性给电力系统带来了一定的负面影响。当前风电多采用恒定功率因数控制方式,无功出力不足,对系统的电压稳定影响较大。本文针对风电并网对系统的静态电压稳定性展开研究,主要工作如下: (1)仿真分析了大规模风电从不同节点接入系统时对电压稳定的影响。在电力系统综合仿真程序(PSASP)中搭建了电力系统电压稳定典型仿真系统,仿真分析了风电渗透率较大的系统中,大规模风电从近发电机端,中间节点,近负荷侧接入系统时,风电出力变化对电压稳定指标的影响。对比分析研究电压稳定指标与风电出力的线性程度和区分度,其中最小奇异值指标随着风电出力的变化灵敏度较高且线性程度好。宜采用最小奇异值指标分析含大规模风电系统的电压稳定问题。 (2)提出了快速求取电压稳定指标的方法。针对大规模风电并网后,风电出力波动性导致系统状态实时变化,需要对快速评估系统的电压稳定性。在仿真分析和理论分析现有电压稳定指标的基础上,结合风电出力特性和指标特点,根据最小奇异值灵敏度,采用数值计算的方式快速求取指标,并且在电压稳定典型仿真系统和某实际风电场基地仿真验证了方法的有效性。 (3)对大规模风电基地集中外送的某地区电网静态安全分析计算,并给出了无功补偿策略,提高系统电压水平。分析计算N-1,N-2以及其他特殊运行方式下的电力系统电压稳定性,根据结果设置无功补偿提高系统的静态安全,为该地区的电网规划建设给出了具有一定价值的指导信息。
[Abstract]:Wind power as a clean energy generation for the most mature technology, developing rapidly in recent years, wind power increasingly large scale. However, the wind power generation in the full use of clean energy at the same time, its output has fluctuation and randomness, these characteristics have brought negative influence to the power system. The current wind power using the constant power factor control, reactive power shortage, a greater impact on the voltage stability of the system. This paper studied the static voltage stability of wind power grid connected to the system, the main work is as follows:
(1) the simulation analysis of large scale wind power from different nodes access system on voltage stability in power system. The integrated simulation program (PSASP) is set up in a typical power system voltage stability simulation system, simulation analysis system of wind turbine with high permeability, large scale wind power generator from the near end, near the intermediate nodes. The load side access system, wind power output change of voltage stability index. Comparison study on voltage stability index and the index of wind power output linear degree and area, the minimum singular value index with wind power output change of high sensitivity and good linearity degree. Adopt the minimum singular value problem with voltage stability index analysis large scale wind power system.
(2) put forward the rapid calculation method of voltage stability index for large scale wind power, wind power output fluctuations lead to real-time change of the system, need to voltage stability of the rapid assessment system. In the simulation analysis and theoretical analysis based on the existing voltage stability index, combined with wind power output characteristics and index characteristics. According to the minimum singular value sensitivity, using numerical methods to calculate the index, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in a typical simulation system for voltage stability and an actual wind farm base simulation.
(3) analysis of the large-scale wind power base delivery of a regional power grid static security, and gives the reactive power compensation strategy, improve the system voltage level. Calculation and analysis of N-1, voltage stability of power system N-2 and other special operation mode, according to the results of the static security settings to improve the reactive power compensation for the power grid. The planning and construction of the region are guiding information has a certain value.
