基于双重移相控制的双有源DC-DC变换器的最优电流控制

【摘要】:针对双有源dc-dc变换器采用传统单移相控制时存在环流功率以及电压不匹配时电流应力过大的缺点,双重移相控制备受青睐。本文首先分析了双重移相控制的所有模态、并以其中一种模态为例分析了双重移相控制的工作原理,分别分析推导得出单移相和双重移相控制方式下双有源dc-dc变换器的传输功率和电流应力。在此基础上,分析推导了双重移相控制所有模态下电流应力最小的条件以及最优电流控制原理和实现方案,使双有源dc-dc变换器工作在电流应力最小状态,提高了效率。最后通过实验验证了最优电流控制正确性和优越性。
[Abstract]:Dual phase shift control is very popular in dual active dc-dc converters because of the disadvantage of excessive current stress when the power of circulation and voltage are not matched by conventional single phase shift control. In this paper, all modes of dual phase shift control are analyzed firstly. Taking one of the modes as an example, the working principle of dual phase shift control is analyzed, and the transmission power and current stress of dual active dc-dc converter under single phase shift control and dual phase shift control mode are derived respectively. The condition of minimum current stress in all modes of dual phase shift control and the principle and implementation of optimal current control are analyzed and deduced to make the dual active dc-dc converter operate in the state of minimum current stress. Finally, the correctness and superiority of the optimal current control are verified by experiments.
