单相智能电能表设计

【摘要】:电能表是电网的电能计量终端,电力系统中最重要的配套设备。为了推动智能电网建设,国家电网颁布了一系列的智能电表的规范和标准,作为今后各个省级电力公司招标标准。按照标准对单相智能电能表的功能和性能要求,我们对目前存在的电能计量芯片从功能、性能以及成本上面进行筛选,最终确定采用高精度的炬泉公司生产的ATT7053BU计量芯片,设计一款新型的单相智能电表。本文详细介绍了单相智能电表的主要性能和功能,按照此功能设计单相智能电表的硬件和软件方案,以单片机为功能核心,硬件电路和系统软件采用模块化的设计,重点介绍电压采样电路、电流采样电路、电源模块、通讯模块、时钟和存储模块等关键模块,并且介绍了软件设计的总体结构和软件平台化的设计思想,实现了智能电能表的事件记录和安全认证等功能。为了兼顾生产效率、降低劳动强度和降低成本,本电能表采用功率法调表的设计思路,并设计了调试和检验等测试软件,大大提高了测试效率,为公司的进一步发展打下了基础。实际应用测试和运行表明,所设计的单相费控智能电能表,具有工作稳定、性能可靠、计量精确等特点,达到了既定的设计要求,完全满足国内智能电能表的市场需求,具有广阔的应用前景。本单相智能电能表最终顺利通过了电科院的认证,并获得认证证书。
[Abstract]:The electric energy meter is the power metering terminal, supporting the most important equipment in the power system. In order to promote the construction of smart grid, national grid issued a standard series of smart meters, as in each provincial power company bidding standard. In accordance with the standards of Dan Xiangzhi electric energy meter function and performance requirements, we energy metering chip from the function of the existing power, performance and cost of screening, and ultimately determine the use of ATT7053BU chip high precision torch company production, a new design of single-phase smart meter. This paper introduces the main function and performance of single-phase smart meter, according to the functional design of single-phase smart meter hardware and software project, using MCU as the core function, hardware circuit and system software adopts modular design, introduces the voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit, electric Source module, communication module, clock module and key storage module, and introduces the design of the overall structure and the software platform of software design, the realization of intelligent electric meter event recording and safe authentication. In order to take into account the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and reduce the cost of the electric energy meter by using the design idea power transfer table method, and design the debugging and test software, greatly improves the test efficiency, lay the foundation for the further development of the company. The actual application shows that the testing and running, the design of the intelligent control for single phase electric energy meter, with stable operation, reliable performance, accurate measurement and other characteristics, to established design requirements, fully meet the domestic smart meter market demand, has broad application prospects. The single-phase smart meter eventually passed the EPRI certification, and obtain the certificate.
