聚丙烯腈基活化炭纳米球电极材料制备及性能

【摘要】:采用无皂乳液聚合法合成粒径为200~220 nm的聚丙烯腈纳米球,将其依次经过冷冻干燥、氧化稳定化、炭化活化处理,制备出超级电容器用炭纳米球电极材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、低温N2吸附及红外光谱仪对其表面形貌、孔结构及表面基团等进行表征,并对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果显示,在聚合物前驱体与KOH的质量比为1∶4,活化温度为800℃,活化时间为1 h的条件下,所制备的活化炭纳米球电极材料比表面积达2 361 m2/g,总孔容达1.2cm3/g。其电极在3 mol/L的KOH电解液中的比电容达246 F/g,且具有良好的充放电性能,漏电流仅为0.041 mA。
[Abstract]:Polyacrylonitrile nanospheres were synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization, followed by freeze-drying, oxidation stabilization and carbonization activation. Carbon nanospheres for supercapacitors were prepared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface morphology, pore structure and surface group were characterized by low temperature N2 adsorption and infrared spectrometer. The electrochemical properties of the polymer were measured.
