海港电厂设备检修工程流程优化设计研究

【摘要】:火电技术近十年不得到了快速发展,发电设备也进入了高参数、大容量和复杂化的时代,设备安全运行费用、维护检修费用投入大幅提升,为最大限度的保障火电机组的经济效益,电力企业需要不断的对电力设备的检修流程进行优化,通过检修流程优化设计提高设备可靠性,可以产生巨大的经济效益,增强企业的竞争力。随着近代传感技术、微电子技术等先进科学技术在设备检修中的应用,通过开展信息融合、状态监测和故障诊断技术在检修中的应用研究,对检修流程进行设计优化研究,能够有效解决电厂设备管理存在的一些问题,进而从根本上提高发电设备的安全性和可靠性。因此,在电力企业快速发展的今天,对电力设备的检修流程进行优化研究具有重要的实践指导价值。对设备检修流程进行优化研究,目的是提高电力设备运行的可靠性和安全性,状态检修流程的优化同状态检修的实施有着直接的联系,合理的检修流程为电厂的正常运行提供强有力的保障,具有重要的指导意义。同时,合理的检修流程不但能够保障电力设备的可靠性和安全性,还能在一定程度上降低安全管理的风险,可以显著降低发电厂的生产成本,提高电厂的经济利益,增强企业的竞争力,对电厂的可持续健康发展有着重要的作用。本文在对电力设备检修特点及流程、电力设备检修模式和流程优化理论进行系统分析和研究的基础上,对现阶段海港电厂的设备检修流程的现状进行了分析,发现该电厂的信息融合技术和管理流程还需进一步优化,需要以更科学的方式来确定机组的检修周期,同时锅炉检修流程水平有待提高。根据海港电厂设备检修管理的现状以及电厂主要设备的特点,本文从信息融合流程优化设计、信息融合流程优化设计在设备检修中的应用、设备状态信息管理系统优化设计三方面对设备检修信息融合流程进行优化设计;从机组状态评估、汽轮机组可靠性评估、机组经济学评估和汽轮机检修周期分析和流程设计四个方面确定了合理检修周期的流程优化设计图;在对风险评估方法进行研究的基础上,对电厂设备风险维修的分析方法和火电机组风险评估的流程进行探讨,确定了基于风险评估的锅炉设备维修检修流程优化设计图。
[Abstract]:Thermal power technology has not been rapidly developed in the past ten years, and power generation equipment has entered an era of high parameters, large capacity and complexity. The cost of equipment safe operation and maintenance and repair has been greatly increased. In order to maximize the economic benefits of thermal power units, power enterprises need to constantly optimize the maintenance process of power equipment, through the maintenance process optimization design to improve the reliability of equipment, can produce huge economic benefits. With the application of modern sensing technology, microelectronics technology and other advanced science and technology in equipment maintenance, research on the application of information fusion, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology in maintenance, In order to solve some problems in power plant equipment management effectively and improve fundamentally the safety and reliability of power generation equipment, the design and optimization of maintenance process can be effectively solved. Therefore, with the rapid development of electric power enterprises today, It has important practical guiding value to optimize the maintenance process of power equipment. The purpose of optimizing the maintenance process of power equipment is to improve the reliability and safety of power equipment operation. The optimization of condition-based maintenance process is directly related to the implementation of condition-based maintenance. A reasonable maintenance process provides a strong guarantee for the normal operation of power plants and has an important guiding significance. A reasonable overhaul process can not only ensure the reliability and safety of power equipment, but also reduce the risk of safety management to a certain extent, can significantly reduce the production costs of power plants, and improve the economic benefits of power plants. Enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises plays an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of power plants. This paper analyzes the present situation of equipment maintenance process in seaport power plant, and finds out that the information fusion technology and management flow of the power plant need to be further optimized, and the maintenance cycle of the unit should be determined in a more scientific way. At the same time, the level of boiler maintenance flow needs to be improved. According to the current situation of equipment maintenance management in seaport power plant and the characteristics of main equipment in power plant, this paper discusses the application of information fusion process optimization design in equipment maintenance. Optimal design of equipment condition information management system three aspects of equipment maintenance information fusion flow optimization design, from unit status evaluation, turbine unit reliability evaluation, On the basis of the research on the risk assessment method, four aspects of unit economic evaluation, turbine overhaul cycle analysis and process design are given to determine the process optimization design diagram of the reasonable overhaul period. This paper discusses the analysis method of power plant equipment risk maintenance and the flow chart of thermal power unit risk assessment, and determines the optimized design diagram of boiler equipment maintenance and repair process based on risk assessment.
