基于无线通信技术的智能变电站分布测试系统的研制

【摘要】:为满足智能变电站建设和发展的需求,需开发一种可供测试、评估、检验的仿真测试系统,实现对智能电子设备或智能组件的功能和性能的整体测试。本文开展对智能变电站分布测试系统的研究,研制一种基于无线通信技术的智能变电站分布测试系统中的控制器硬件电路。 本文主要针对智能变电站的技术特征,在现有的数字化测试装置基础上,提出智能变电站二次设备分布测试系统的概念,给出测试的方法及流程,研制一种新型的智能变电站测试装置。将WIFI无线局域网技术融合到了智能变电站分布测试系统中,实现计算机与控制器的通信联系,利用无线通信技术使得系统控制器安放位置和测试方便、灵活。从智能变电站分布测试系统出发,分别研究了分布式测试系统的技术路线和工作原理及其组成。分析了无线通信在智能变电站分布测试系统中的应用,具体研究了基于WIFI的无线功能模块的硬件制作和实现方法。通过对分布测试系统的工作流程的详细分析,最终以220KV智能变电站为例,阐述了分布式测试系统的应用情况。 实验表明,基于无线通信技术的分布式测试系统可以对变电站二次系统技术性能进行完整检测,还可以支持智能化变电站之间的联合调试,为智能化变电站现场测试提供了新的技术手段。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the construction and development of intelligent substation, it is necessary to develop a simulation test system for testing, evaluation and testing. The function and performance of intelligent electronic devices or intelligent components can be tested as a whole. A controller hardware circuit of intelligent substation distribution test system based on wireless communication technology is developed. According to the technical characteristics of intelligent substation, this paper puts forward the concept of distributed testing system for secondary equipment of intelligent substation based on the existing digital test device, and gives the test method and flow chart. A new type of intelligent substation testing device is developed. The WIFI wireless LAN technology is integrated into the intelligent substation distribution test system, and the communication between computer and controller is realized. The wireless communication technology is used to make the position of the system controller and the test convenient and flexible. Based on the intelligent substation distribution test system, The technical route, working principle and composition of distributed test system are studied, and the application of wireless communication in intelligent substation distributed test system is analyzed. The hardware design and implementation method of wireless function module based on WIFI are studied in detail. Finally, the application of distributed test system is expounded by taking 220KV intelligent substation as an example through the detailed analysis of the work flow of distributed test system. The experimental results show that the distributed test system based on wireless communication technology can test the technical performance of substation secondary system completely, and can also support joint debugging between intelligent substations. It provides a new technical means for intelligent substation field test.
