电厂反渗透后续离子交换系统异常的分析和处理

【摘要】:介绍了电厂反渗透产水作为系列原水后的运行情况,分析了反渗透后续离子交换系统异常的原因。结果表明,阴床出水电导率上升,混床出水电导率也明显上升,且很快失效是由于CO2进入阴床引起阴床先于阳床失效,认为对CO2极低含量(质量浓度≤5 mg/L)鼓风式脱碳依然能保持高效率。采取了在阳床出水处运行鼓风式脱碳器的方法,实施后,提高了系列周期制水量2倍多。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the operation of reverse osmosis (RO) water as a series of raw water in power plant, and analyzes the reasons for the anomaly of reverse osmosis ion exchange system.The results showed that the conductivity of the effluent from the vaginal bed increased and the conductivity of the effluent from the mixed bed increased obviously, and the rapid failure was due to the failure of the cathode bed before the positive one due to the entry of CO2 into the negative bed.It is considered that the blast decarbonization with very low content of CO2 (mass concentration 鈮,
