基于转矩分配的开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制的研究

【摘要】:开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor)调速系统是变频调速系统之后迅速崛起的一种新型调速系统,开关磁阻电机最早可追溯到19世纪40年代,即所谓“电磁制动机”,开关磁阻电机调速系统因其结构简单、坚固、成本低廉、起动转矩大、起动电流小、在整个调速范围内具有较高的效率,且兼有直流电机和异步电机的优点,近年来得到迅速发展。但因为电机的双凸极结构和步进式旋转方式,导致电机的转矩脉动和噪音相对较大,影响了SRM在更多场合的推广和应用。 本文针对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动和噪音大的缺点,分析了转矩脉动和噪音产生的原因,研究了SRM的工作原理以及转矩脉动抑制常用的控制方法,在simulink环境下建立了SRM仿真模型,论述了开通角和关断角对转矩脉动的影响,得出了开通角、关断角的优化控制可以抑制转矩脉动的结论,采用基于余弦型转矩分配函数结合模糊开通角优化在转速电流双闭环的控制方式下对转矩脉动进行抑制,建立了仿真模型,验证了该控制方案的可行性,得到了比较好的转矩脉动抑制效果。 在上述研究基础上,本文以55KW的三相12/8极SRM为研究对象,设计了以DSP TMS320F2812为核心控制部件、三相不对称式半桥功率主电路、IGBT驱动器、数据采集与变换环节、光电式位置检测装置及保护环节转速电流双闭环的开关磁阻电机调速系统。在CCS5.2的平台上,编写了系统控制软件。最后进行了系统调试,实验结果表明,本文采用的控制方法,响应速度快,动态性能好,对开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动和噪音具有比较明显的抑制效果。图55幅,
[Abstract]:Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) speed control system is a new type of speed control system, which rises rapidly after the frequency conversion system. The switched reluctance motor (SRM) can be traced back to the 1840s, that is, the so-called "electromagnetic brake".The switched reluctance motor (SRM) speed control system has the advantages of simple structure, strong structure, low cost, large starting torque, low starting current, high efficiency in the whole speed range, and the advantages of both DC motor and asynchronous motor.It has developed rapidly in recent years.However, because of the double salient pole structure and the stepwise rotation mode, the torque ripple and noise of the motor are relatively large, which affects the popularization and application of SRM in more occasions.In this paper, the reason of torque ripple and noise is analyzed, the working principle of SRM and the control method of torque ripple suppression are studied, and the simulation model of SRM is established in simulink environment.The influence of turn-on angle and turn-off angle on torque ripple is discussed. The conclusion is drawn that the optimal control of turn-on angle and turn-off angle can restrain torque ripple.Based on the cosine torque distribution function and fuzzy turn-on angle optimization, the torque ripple is suppressed under the dual closed-loop control mode of rotational speed and current, and the simulation model is established to verify the feasibility of the control scheme.Better torque ripple suppression effect is obtained.On the basis of the above research, taking the three-phase 12 / 8 pole SRM of 55KW as the research object, this paper designs a three-phase asymmetric half-bridge power main circuit with DSP TMS320F2812 as the core control unit, and the data acquisition and conversion link.Photoelectric position detecting device and speed control system of switched reluctance motor with double closed loop speed and current of protection link.On the platform of CCS5.2, the system control software is written.Finally, the system is debugged. The experimental results show that the control method adopted in this paper has the advantages of fast response speed and good dynamic performance, and has obvious restraining effect on torque ripple and noise of switched reluctance motor.Figure 55,
