峰值电流模式控制同步开关Z源变换器的动力学研究

【摘要】:伴随着电子技术和控制技术的发展,在电能转换领域,我们对系统的效率和可靠性提出了更高的要求。传统的逆变器,整流器等都由于自身结构的原因,带来了许多缺陷,例如可靠性低,容易导致受到电磁干扰,进而使同一桥臂直通或者开路而损坏器件;而且往往需要多级设计才可以满足电压转换要求,不但增加了系统成本,还引入了较多的谐波成分。但是,近年来,一种被称为Z源网络的拓扑结构被引入到了开关变换领域,且涌现了一系列Z源变换器,例如Z源整流器、Z源逆变器等,它们可以克服传统逆变器,整流器等的自身缺陷,例如可靠性低,升压降压能力有局限等,故具有很好的应用前景。但同时Z源变换器作为开关变换器,属于强非线性-时变系统,且由于Z源网络的引入使其成为了一个高阶系统。为了设计优秀的Z源变换器,我们必须对其非线性特性进行详细的研究,以指导我们的工程设计。本文以一个简单的Z源变换器,即峰值电流模式控制下的同步开关Z源变换器为研究对象,针对其非线性动力学行为研究做了如下工作,为该类变换器的建模和动力学行为研究做出了一定贡献。1.分析了峰值电流模式控制下同步开关Z源变换器的工作原理和动态特性;2.建立了峰值电流模式控制下同步开关Z源变换器的精确离散迭代模型;3.计算得到了不同分岔参数下系统的不动点及其雅克比矩阵特征值的变化情况,从而分析了系统的稳定性;4.利用数值仿真得到了系统的分岔图和Lyapunov指数谱,重点分析了存在该系统下的边界碰撞分岔行为,求得了边界碰撞分岔的上下线和边界碰撞线;在Matlab/Simulink中搭建变换器的电路仿真模型,通过系统的时域仿真图和庞加莱截面从不同的侧面展示了系统的动力学行为演化过程;5.对离散迭代映射产生的稳定的迭代序列进行了统计特性研究和信息熵研究,从信息论的角度再次来分析系统的动力学行为,把统计学和信息论的理论应用于开关变换器动力学行为的研究;6.对整个系统进行实验研究,实验结果表明:本论文对峰值电流模式控制的同步开关Z源变换器的理论建模,仿真研究是正确的,与实验结果完全吻合。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic technology and control technology, in the field of power conversion, we put forward higher requirements for the efficiency and reliability of the system.Traditional inverters and rectifiers have brought many defects due to their own structure, such as low reliability, easy to be subjected to electromagnetic interference, and then the same bridge arm through or open circuit damage device;Moreover, multistage design is often needed to meet the requirements of voltage conversion, which not only increases the cost of the system, but also introduces more harmonic components.However, in recent years, a topology called Z-source network has been introduced into the field of switching transformation, and a series of Z-source converters, such as Z-source rectifiers and Z-source inverters, have emerged, which can overcome the traditional inverter.The rectifier has its own defects, such as low reliability and limited capacity of boosting and lowering, so it has a good application prospect.In order to design an excellent Z source converter, we must study its nonlinear characteristics in detail to guide our engineering design.In this paper, a simple Z-source converter, the synchronous switching Z-source converter under peak-current-mode control, is taken as the research object. The nonlinear dynamic behavior of the converter is studied as follows.It has made some contributions to the modeling and dynamic behavior research of this kind of converter. 1.The principle and dynamic characteristics of the synchronous switching Z source converter under peak current mode control are analyzed.An exact discrete iterative model for synchronous switching Z-source converter under peak-current-mode control is established.The variation of the fixed point and the eigenvalue of the Jacobian matrix under different bifurcation parameters is obtained, and the stability of the system is analyzed.The bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent spectrum of the system are obtained by numerical simulation. The boundary collision bifurcation behavior in the presence of the system is analyzed and the upper and lower lines and the boundary collision line of the boundary collision bifurcation are obtained.The circuit simulation model of the converter is built in Matlab/Simulink. The dynamic behavior evolution process of the system is demonstrated from different aspects through the time-domain simulation diagram and the Poincare cross section of the system.The statistical properties and information entropy of the stable iterative sequence generated by discrete iterative mapping are studied. The dynamic behavior of the system is analyzed again from the point of view of information theory.The theory of statistics and information theory is applied to the study of the dynamic behavior of switching converter.The experimental results show that the theoretical modeling of the synchronous switching Z-source converter controlled by peak current mode is correct and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
