计及电动汽车电池集中充电站接入的电网稳定性分析

【摘要】:随电动汽车的不断普及和技术成熟度的不断提高,特别对环境保护要求的不断提高,电动汽车的数量将大规模发展,并有逐步取代燃油汽车的趋势。在国家电网公司“集中充电,统一配送”的指导思想下,大规模电池集中充电站的规划变得尤为重要。电池集中充电站可以视为一个固定容量的接入负荷,由于电池集中充电站负荷容量较大,因此对电网稳定性带来的影响也就比较大。 在设施规划阶段,本文提出了根据上级电源电源辐射范围来进行规划分区的方法,并在此基础上提出了根据交通流量和使用情况进行三阶段负行预测分析的方法,建立了利用改进粒子群算法来对电池集中充电站进行选址的规划模型,将地理信息与电力负荷参数相结合,使可选接入点的确定更为准确. 本文研究了不同电压等级配电网可接受的接入负荷范围,并利用PSASP仿真软件搭建了电池集中充电站的负荷模型,针对不同接入点下的单一站接入情况,分析了电池集中充电站充电负荷接入后的电网电压的偏移情况,从而得到了单一站下既能保证电力供应又避免资源浪费的最优接入方案,并对电网的电压偏移进行了灵敏度分析。通过对国内某城市的算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 同时本文还建立了基于PSASP的电网暂态稳定性分析模型,分析了电池集中充电站接入后发生线路故障及切除后母线电压的稳定性和发电机功角的稳定性,并通过对国内某城市的算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of electric vehicles and the improvement of technology maturity, especially the requirements of environmental protection, the number of electric vehicles will develop on a large scale and will gradually replace fuel vehicles.Under the guidance of "centralized charging and unified distribution" of the State Grid Company, the planning of large-scale centralized battery charging stations becomes particularly important.Battery centralized charging station can be regarded as a fixed capacity of access load, because the battery centralized charging station load capacity is large, so the impact on the stability of the power network is relatively large.In the stage of facility planning, this paper puts forward a method of planning and zoning according to the radiation range of higher power supply, and then puts forward a method of three-stage negative line prediction and analysis according to traffic flow and usage.In this paper, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to plan the location of the battery centralized charging station, which combines geographic information with power load parameters to make the determination of the optional access point more accurate.In this paper, the acceptable access load range of distribution network with different voltage levels is studied, and the load model of the battery centralized charging station is built by using the PSASP simulation software, aiming at the single station access under different access points.Based on the analysis of the voltage deviation of the power network after the charging load of the battery centralized charging station is connected, the optimal access scheme which can guarantee the power supply and avoid the waste of resources under a single station is obtained.And the sensitivity analysis of the voltage offset of the power grid is carried out.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a city in China.At the same time, the transient stability analysis model of power grid based on PSASP is established, and the stability of voltage and power angle of generator is analyzed after the line fault occurs after the battery centralized charging station is connected and the bus voltage is removed.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a city in China.
