基于模型自适应和滑模观测器PMSM无位置传感器控制对比仿真分析

【摘要】:近年来,永磁同步电机在工业控制、家用空调、电动汽车等领域的广泛应用已有目共睹,相关控制技术的研究随之也越来越受重视。对于永磁同步电机的控制系统,特别是对于采用矢量控制策略的调速系统,转子的速度与位置是两个不可或缺的重要参数,对此,可以采用位置传感器直接获取相关信息,也可以通过无位置控制算法间接估算,二者相比,采用无位置传感器控制算法的电机系统显然具有成本低、体积小、结构简单、可靠性高等优点。 本文正是基于以上背景展开研究,首先对永磁同步电机的结构、基本原理、数学模型等进行介绍,并详细论述了永磁同步电机的控制理论以及无位置传感器控制技术,同时分析了矢量控制技术、SVPWM控制技术和双闭环PI控制技术等技术的原理与实现方法。 其次,重点选取了模型参考自适应与滑模观测器两种估算方法,阐述二者的基本原理,详细给出二者应用于电机控制的理论证明过程,并阐明了基于这两种方法的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制技术的实现。 最后,本文以具有凸极特性的永磁同步电机为研究对象,以MATLAB建模仿真为技术手段,实现并验证了分别基于模型参考自适应和滑模观测器两种估算方法的无位置传感器控制技术,对二者仿真估算速度和位置的结果进行对比分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in industrial control, household air conditioning, electric vehicle and so on.For the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), especially for the speed control system with vector control strategy, the speed and position of the rotor are two indispensable important parameters. For this, the position sensor can be used to obtain the relevant information directly.Compared with the position sensorless control algorithm, the motor system using the position-sensorless control algorithm has the advantages of low cost, small volume, simple structure, high reliability and so on.In this paper, the structure, basic principle and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are introduced, and the control theory and sensorless control technology of PMSM are discussed in detail.At the same time, the principle and realization method of vector control technology, SVPWM control technology and double closed loop Pi control technology are analyzed.Secondly, two estimation methods of model reference adaptive and sliding mode observer are selected, the basic principles of them are expounded, and the theoretical proof process of their application in motor control is given in detail.The realization of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control technology based on these two methods is described.Finally, this paper takes the permanent magnet synchronous motor with salient pole characteristics as the research object, and takes MATLAB modeling and simulation as the technical means.The sensorless control techniques based on model reference adaptive and sliding mode observer are implemented and validated respectively. The simulation results of speed and position estimation are compared and analyzed.
