核电站工艺管道缺陷安全期评估方法研究

【摘要】:本文基于ASME规范第XI卷附录C“管道缺陷评定”,研究管道缺陷的评估方法和流程,并针对评估流程中最重要的缺陷扩展分析进行了深入研究。同时,利用有限元软件对线弹性缺陷扩展进行了模拟,获得了载荷形式与缺陷扩展特性之间的关系,研究了载荷对称缺陷和非载荷对称缺陷两种情况,建立了一套替代规范计算的缺陷扩展计算方法,结果更加准确。此外,对环向贯穿裂纹的扩展和R/t大于20的管道的缺陷扩展特性进行了初步的探讨。
[Abstract]:Based on Appendix C of Volume XI of ASME Code "Pipeline defect Evaluation", this paper studies the evaluation method and flow of pipeline defects, and makes a thorough study on the most important defect extension analysis in the evaluation process.At the same time, the linear elastic defect propagation is simulated by the finite element software, and the relationship between the load form and the defect propagation characteristics is obtained. The load-symmetric defect and the non-load-symmetric defect are studied.In this paper, a set of defect expansion calculation method is established, and the results are more accurate.In addition, the propagation characteristics of ring-through cracks and defects in pipelines with R / t > 20 are discussed.
