宁德配电网干扰性负荷分析及其对电能质量影响和治理

【摘要】:电力系统中大量干扰性负荷对电能质量提出了更高的要求。干扰负荷接入配电网,不但影响电能质量,也对电力系统的稳定性、计量等产生影响。因此,分析电网中各种干扰性负荷特性及其对电网电能质量的影响,并研究相应的治理方法和措施,在实际工程中具一定的参考和应用价值。目前,影响宁德电网电能质量的主要因素是钢铁企业负荷产生的谐波。宁德地区现有大量的钢铁冶金制造业,钢铁企业中使用大量的中频率和电弧炉等冶炼炉。这些钢铁冶金制造业在生产和运行过程中产生大量的谐波注入电网,造成电网谐波含量过多,电压闪变、三相电压不对称等电能质量问题。因此,分析宁德电网中各种干扰性负荷的特性,对其影响指标进行评估,并以此为依据提出综合治理的方法和措施,从而提高宁德电网电能质量。本论文的主要研究工作有:1.分析宁德地区电网电能质量现状及干扰性负荷分布情况,对宁德电网中干扰性负荷按其电气特性和用户类型进行分类,研究不同性质的负荷特性和对电能质量的影响。2.根据特定负荷的用电设备建立负荷分析模型,通过仿真研究典型扰动性负荷特性。以钢铁企业的中频炉、电弧炉为典型扰动性为案例,建立中频炉、电弧炉的Matlab仿真模型,揭示了谐波产生的实质和根源,分析这些荷特性对电力系统的电能质量的影响。3.提出抑制和解决特定负荷引起电能质量下降的方法与措施。依据分析结果提出抑制和解决特定负荷引起电能质量下降的方法与措施,针对谐波污染的滤波设备、调节负荷平衡和稳定功率因数的补偿设备以及进行频率调整的备用容量设施等提出相应的治理方案。4.综合研究接入公共电源点的多谐波源对电能质量的影响。对于接入公共连接点的谐波源负荷,尽管在接入系统前的谐波治理水平已经达到入网电网电能质量的要求,但在公共连接点多谐波源叠加后会出现谐波再次超标问题。本论文研究以典型的供电电源—溪尾变为例,通过仿真和计算分析了公共连接处多谐波源对系统电能质量的影响,并针对仿真的负荷特性确定其对电网电能质量的实际影响。
[Abstract]:A large number of disturbance loads in power system require higher power quality.The interference load connected to the distribution network not only affects the power quality, but also affects the stability and measurement of the power system.Therefore, analyzing the characteristics of various kinds of disturbance load and its influence on the power quality of the power network, and studying the corresponding treatment methods and measures, it has certain reference and application value in the actual engineering.At present, the harmonic produced by iron and steel enterprises is the main factor that affects the power quality of Ningde power grid.There are a large number of iron and steel metallurgical manufacturing industry in Ningde area, and a large number of smelting furnaces such as medium frequency and electric arc furnace are used in iron and steel enterprises.In the process of production and operation of iron and steel metallurgical industry, a large number of harmonics are injected into the power network, which results in the power quality problems such as excessive harmonic content, voltage flicker, asymmetry of three-phase voltage and so on.Therefore, the characteristics of various kinds of disturbance load in Ningde power grid are analyzed, the influence indexes are evaluated, and the comprehensive control methods and measures are put forward on the basis of this, so as to improve the power quality of Ningde power grid.The main research work of this thesis is 1: 1.This paper analyzes the current situation of power quality and distraction load distribution in Ningde power network, classifies the interference load according to its electrical characteristics and user types, and studies the load characteristics of different properties and its influence on power quality.The load analysis model is established according to the specific load equipment, and the typical disturbance load characteristics are studied by simulation.Taking the intermediate frequency furnace and electric arc furnace of iron and steel enterprise as typical disturbance, the Matlab simulation model of medium frequency furnace and electric arc furnace is established. The essence and origin of harmonic generation are revealed, and the influence of these characteristics on the power quality of power system is analyzed.The methods and measures to restrain and solve the power quality decline caused by special load are put forward.According to the analysis results, the methods and measures to suppress and solve the power quality decline caused by specific load are put forward, and the filter equipment for harmonic pollution is proposed.The compensation equipment for adjusting load balance and stable power factor and the spare capacity facilities for frequency adjustment are put forward.The influence of multiple harmonics connected to common power points on power quality is studied.For the harmonic source load of the access common connection point, although the harmonic control level before the access system has already reached the requirement of power quality in the power network, the harmonics will exceed the standard again after the common connection point multi-harmonic source superposes.This paper takes the typical power supply as an example, and analyzes the influence of multi-harmonic source on power quality through simulation and calculation, and determines the actual influence on power quality of power network according to the load characteristics of simulation.
