家用清洗机的设计及其优化研究

【摘要】:家用清洗机在家庭中的应用越来越广泛,普遍应用在庭院清洗和汽车清洗,人们在工作之余享受生活中自己动手的乐趣。本课题以家庭冷水电动高压清洗机为基础做进一步研究,它的优点主要是结构紧凑、操作简单、使用灵活轻便、价格适中,适合大众大家庭的生活。 首先,本论文对家用清洗机的分类进行了阐述; 其次,对清洗机的工作原理和冲洗机理进行了论述与分析; 再次,对驱动装置和柱塞泵的种类进行了简介,并对柱塞泵的工作原理、结构设计,通过对柱塞泵的数学模型进行主要参数的设定分析、计算,并对零部件进行了受力分析和尺寸校核(本论文主要阐述电机驱动斜盘式柱塞泵); 然后,研究了射流的结构和基本参数,喷枪中射流的形成;在射流理论的基础上,对枪杆组装件的选择,,以水作为驱动介质需注意的问题,实验研究分析后确定最合适的喷嘴口径; 最后,本论文通过对文丘里管在家用清洗机上应用的研究,并对文丘里管流道结构进行了优化设计,制作了工程样机进行实验验证。结果表明,优化方案达到了减小文丘里管流道压力损失的优化目的,提高了泵的整体性能。
[Abstract]:Household cleaning machines are more and more widely used in home, generally used in yard cleaning and car cleaning, people enjoy the fun of life after work. Based on the electric high-pressure cleaning machine for household cold water, this subject has the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, flexible and light use, moderate price, and suitable for the life of the mass family. First of all, this paper describes the classification of household cleaning machines; Secondly, the working principle and washing mechanism of the cleaning machine are discussed and analyzed. Thirdly, the types of driving device and piston pump are briefly introduced, and the working principle and structure design of piston pump are introduced, and the main parameters of the mathematical model of piston pump are analyzed and calculated. The mechanical analysis and dimension check of the parts are also carried out. (this paper mainly describes the motor driven oblique disc piston pump; Then, the structure and basic parameters of the jet, the formation of the jet in the spray gun, the selection of the assembly of the gun rod based on the theory of the jet, the problems to be paid attention to with water as the driving medium are studied. The most suitable nozzle caliber is determined after experimental study and analysis. Finally, through the research on the application of Venturi tube in household cleaning machine, the structure of Venturi tube runner is optimized, and the engineering prototype is made to verify the experiment. The results show that the optimization scheme can reduce the pressure loss of Venturi tube and improve the overall performance of the pump.
