配电网合环分析与合环条件判断

【摘要】：为了方便配电网合环判断,结合相关电力设备的参数取值,对配电网合环暂态过程与稳态过程以及合环电流进行了分析,结果表明,经过电流保护Ⅱ段延时时间后,非周期分量一般已经衰减到很小,因此合环暂态过程只对瞬时速断保护有影响。得出对于联络开关两侧馈线来自于同一10kV母线的情形,只要合环前联络开关两侧馈线的负荷电流总和不超过馈线的最大容许载流量就可以合环。对于联络开关两侧馈线来自于不同10kV母线,给出了判断是否可以合环的简化判断条件。文中结合仿真实例和现场统计数据验证了所提出方法的可行性。
