大同地区电网“黑启动”调度预案及全过程仿真研究

【摘要】:本文研究了大同地区电网的“黑启动”调度预案。其独到之处在于根据大同地区电网实际情况选取小火电为黑启动电源,并对黑启动实施方案进行了深入细致的研究。同时本文还对大同地区电网“黑启动”过程中的一些难点,包括在长线路过电压方面、在机组自励磁方面、逐步恢复系统负荷等方面问题进行了分析。本文为大同地区电网“黑启动”奠定了坚实和牢固的基础。本文首先探讨了电网“黑启动”概念及技术要求。进行“黑启动”,应保证有可靠的起动电源。然后根据大同地区电网的运行方式,最后确立最终的“黑启动”路径。本文还研究了在大同地区“黑启动”的过程中的一些难点及其对策。对大同地区电网的发电机组进行了细致的调查、研究,并对具备自启动能力的机组进行可行性比较后,我们在大同地区电网突然发生全黑时,所辖发电厂在失去厂用电的情况下,选取长青电厂3#4#机作为黑启动的起动电源。在长青电厂3#4#机启动成功以后,立刻启动保持锅炉热态时间短的电厂机组,迅速给同煤电厂送厂用电。本文进过了精确的理论计算分析,论证了长青电厂3#4#机组启动后,直接向同煤电厂110kV母线充电,成为发电机带空载长线路的结构后,同煤电厂110kV母线不会发生过电压,以及长青电厂不会发生自励磁现象。本文编制的大同地区电网黑启动调度预案,整个预案从“黑启动”电厂机组的选择到大同地区电网运行正常,始终围绕着“切实、可行、操作性强”的原则,本预案为大同地区电网各级调度处理电网全黑事故起到了指导作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the "Black start" dispatching plan of Datong Power Grid is studied. According to the actual situation of Datong area power grid, small thermal power is selected as black start power supply, and the implementation scheme of black start is studied in detail. At the same time, this paper also analyzes some difficulties in the process of "black start" in Datong area power network, including the problems of long line overvoltage, unit self-excitation and gradual recovery of system load, etc. This paper lays a solid and solid foundation for Datong regional power grid black start. This paper first discusses the concept and technical requirements of "black start" of power grid. For "black start", a reliable starting power supply should be guaranteed. Then according to the operation mode of Datong area power grid, the final "black start" path is established. This paper also studies some difficulties and countermeasures in the process of "Black start" in Datong area.
