多永磁电机传动系统的同步控制策略研究

【摘要】:随着工业技术水平的不断发展,多电机同步驱动控制技术已经被应用到各个领域,例如造纸机、印刷机、纺织机、多自由度数控机床,甚至大功率的高速铁路牵引系统等等。这些领域的同步控制性能直接影响着产品的质量水平、合格率,以及用户的安全。由于每台被控电机的技术参数(额定功率、负载大小、抗扰动能力等等)都有所不同,这对电机同步性能提出了较高的要求。与此同时,永磁同步电机凭借其自身高效率、高转矩电流比、高能量密度、以及节能和运行稳定的特点,成为工业领域电机应用的最新发展趋势。所以针对多永磁同步电机传动系统的同步控制策略研究具有非常重要的意义。 首先,本文针对单个永磁同步电机进行了控制算法的比较,即矢量控制和直接转矩控制两者之间的性能比较,总结了两者各自的特点。然后,在此基础上,本文对主令控制、主从控制、交叉耦合控制、虚拟主轴控制等四种同步控制策略进行了分析。通过Matlab/Simulink建模仿真,对比了这四种控制策略的起动响应、同步精度和抗干扰能力等各项指标。基于数据结果的分析,总结得出每种同步控制策略的优缺点和各自的适用范围。最终发现,针对高速铁路牵引同步系统这一应用场合,基于虚拟主轴的多电机矢量控制是首选方案。 为了进一步改善系统的性能,本文将模糊理论与传统的PID控制器进行了结合,使模糊PID控制器应用到矢量控制系统中,实现了参数的自整定,优化了系统性能。在此基础上,本文以CRH2高速列车的“四动四拖”结构作为原型,实现了四台600kW永磁同步电机的虚拟主轴同步控制系统,并且将模糊PID控制器应用其中,以此模拟一节动车的同步系统。 本文最后总结所做的研究工作,将多电机同步控制算法研究中出现的问题进行了阐述,并对未来的进一步系统的研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial technology, multi-motor synchronous drive control technology has been applied to various fields, such as paper machine, printing machine, textile machine, multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control machine, even high-power high-speed railway traction system and so on. The performance of synchronous control in these fields directly affects the quality level, the qualified rate, and the safety of users. Because the technical parameters (rated power, load size, anti-disturbance ability, etc.) of each controlled motor are different, the synchronous performance of the motor is required to be high. At the same time, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), with its high efficiency, high torque / current ratio, high energy density, energy saving and stable operation, has become the latest development trend of motor application in industrial field. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the synchronous control strategy of multi-permanent magnet synchronous motor transmission system. Firstly, the control algorithms of PMSM are compared, that is, the performance of vector control and direct torque control are compared, and their respective characteristics are summarized. Then, on this basis, this paper analyzes four synchronous control strategies: master order control, master slave control, cross coupling control and virtual spindle control. Through Matlab/Simulink modeling and simulation, the starting response, synchronization accuracy and anti-jamming ability of the four control strategies are compared. Based on the analysis of data results, the advantages and disadvantages of each synchronous control strategy and its application range are summarized. Finally, it is found that multi-motor vector control based on virtual spindle is the first choice for high-speed railway traction synchronization system. In order to further improve the performance of the system, the fuzzy theory and the traditional PID controller are combined in this paper. The fuzzy PID controller is applied to the vector control system, which realizes the self-tuning of the parameters and optimizes the performance of the system. On this basis, taking the "four-action four-towing" structure of the CRH2 high-speed train as the prototype, the virtual spindle synchronous control system of four 600kW permanent magnet synchronous motors is realized, and the fuzzy PID controller is applied in the system. This simulates the synchronous system of a motor car. Finally, this paper summarizes the research work done, describes the problems in the research of multi-motor synchronous control algorithm, and looks forward to further systematic research in the future.
