WFGD系统脱硫及脱汞特性模拟研究

【摘要】:以石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统为研究对象,应用Aspen Plus软件对脱硫系统的协同脱汞性能进行了模拟,重点研究了脱硫系统工艺参数对脱硫及脱汞效率的双重影响。结果表明:脱硫装置能够提高烟气中汞的去除效率,提高液气比及脱硫系统入口氧气浓度,同时能够提高脱汞及脱硫效率,脱汞及脱硫效率随入口SO2浓度的提高而降低。pH值在5.5~6之间时,脱汞及脱硫效率均达到较高水平,提高烟气温度和浆液温度则会降低脱汞效率。
[Abstract]:Taking the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system as the research object, the synergetic mercury removal performance of the desulfurization system was simulated by Aspen Plus software, and the double effects of the process parameters of the desulfurization system on the desulphurization and mercury removal efficiency were studied. The results show that the desulphurization device can improve the removal efficiency of mercury in flue gas, increase the liquid-gas ratio and the oxygen concentration in the inlet of the desulfurization system, at the same time, it can improve the efficiency of mercury removal and desulphurization. With the increase of inlet SO2 concentration, the removal efficiency of mercury and desulphurization decreased with the increase of inlet SO2 concentration. The removal efficiency of mercury and desulphurization reached a higher level when the pH value was between 5.5 and 6, while increasing the flue gas temperature and slurry temperature would reduce the removal efficiency.
