宁波地区新能源接入电网方式的研究及探讨

【摘要】:目前宁波地区正在利用地域优势在大力发展风能和太阳能发电等新能源。开展好对新能源接入电网的并网研究进而利用好新能源是解决宁波地区电力紧张的有效办法。新能源并网发电将成为未来发展的重点,深入研究新能源接入电网的影响分析及应用研究具有重要意义。 新能源电源发电主要有风力发电、太阳能发电、生物质发电、海洋能发电、地热能发电等形式,在宁波地区大规模应用的主要是风力发电和太阳能光伏发电。本文根据宁波地区所处地理位置特性,简要介绍了宁波地区风电和太阳能资源分布及特点;分析了风电和太阳能接入后对电网的影响,主要包括电能质量、安全稳定运行和并网调度等方面,并针对各方面影响提出相应解决措施,以降低其接入对电网的影响;通过对风电和太阳能并网单点接入容量、并网电压等级和接入方式等方面的研究分析,提出宁波地区风电和太阳能接入电网几种典型的方案及其主要技术原则。 在理论分析的基础上,结合宁波地区某风电场工程案列和某太阳能光伏电站工程案例进行了应用研究,对宁波地区新能源接入电网方式具有一定的指导性。
[Abstract]:At present, Ningbo is taking advantage of its regional advantages in developing new energy sources such as wind and solar power. It is an effective way to solve the problem of power shortage in Ningbo area to make good use of the new energy. Grid-connected generation of new energy will become the focus of future development. It is of great significance to study the impact analysis and application of new energy grid. The new energy generation mainly includes wind power, solar power, biomass power, oceanic energy, geothermal power, etc. Wind power and solar photovoltaic power are mainly used in Ningbo area on a large scale. According to the geographical location characteristics of Ningbo area, this paper briefly introduces the distribution and characteristics of wind power and solar energy resources in Ningbo area, and analyzes the influence of wind power and solar energy on the power network, including the power quality. In the aspects of safe and stable operation and grid connection scheduling, the corresponding solutions are put forward to reduce the impact of the access to the power grid, and the single-point access capacity of wind power and solar power connected to the grid is analyzed. Based on the research and analysis of grid connection voltage grade and access mode, several typical schemes and main technical principles of wind power and solar energy access to power grid in Ningbo area are put forward. On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with a wind farm project in Ningbo area and a solar photovoltaic power station project case, the application research is carried out, which has certain guidance to the new energy source connecting to the power network in Ningbo area.
