牵引变电所智能监控系统设计

【摘要】:牵引变电所是牵引供电系统中的一个极其重要的环节,其运行的安全与否直接影响到整个系统的运行。近年来,随着牵引变电所智能化水平不断提高、无人值守变电所逐渐普及,导致其对辅助设备的智能化水平要求也越来越高。要如何实时地充分掌握变电所辅助设备的运行状态,在事故发生时能够迅速及时地发现异常,作出相应反应,给出解决对策,阻止事故或异常的进一步扩大,是牵引变电所工作人员及远方调度所共同关心的问题。本论文希望搭建出能够适合在牵引变电所的智能辅助监控系统,集成视频监控、环境监控、照明控制、周界防范等辅助系统的功能,并通过视频监控系统完成视频巡检功能,为实现无人值班变电所远方联动打下基础,提高牵引变电所的智能化水平。本文首先根据牵引变电所辅助监控各系统之间独立布置、相对分散现状,介绍了各子系统的功能及功能原理图。其次,根据实际需求,设计了牵引变电所智能辅助监控系统的总体方案,在该系统中将各个子系统的功能进行逐步分析和整合,进一步提高其智能化水平。对各个子系统之间进行统一集成,形成功能联动,并分析了各子系统实现联动功能的设计原理。实现辅助监控系统一体化,共同构建出牵引变电所智能辅助监控系统。并以成渝线牵引变电所的实际工程项目为例,分析了其摄像头的需求分析。本文最后总结了智能辅助监控系统软件的总体设计要求,并完成了软件的主要模块设计。实现了通过设计的软件对采集的视频数据进行处理,实现了视频切换和联动功能,完成了视频监控的自动巡检功能,能自动生成巡检报告。提高了牵引变电所智能化程度,为牵引变电所的安全、可靠性维护提供了有力保障。
[Abstract]:Traction substation is an extremely important link in traction power supply system. The safety of its operation directly affects the operation of the whole system. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of intelligent level of traction substation, unattended substation is becoming more and more popular, which leads to higher and higher level of intelligence of auxiliary equipment. How to fully grasp the operation state of auxiliary equipment in substations in real time, to find anomalies quickly and in time when accidents occur, to make corresponding responses, and to give countermeasures to prevent the further expansion of accidents or anomalies, Is the traction substation staff and remote dispatch of common concern. This paper hopes to build an intelligent auxiliary monitoring system suitable for traction substation, integrate the functions of video monitoring, environment monitoring, lighting control, perimeter prevention and so on, and complete the video inspection function through the video surveillance system. It lays the foundation for the remote linkage of the unattended substation and improves the intelligence level of the traction substation. This paper firstly introduces the function and principle diagram of each subsystem according to the independent arrangement and relative dispersion status of the auxiliary monitoring system in traction substation. Secondly, according to the actual demand, the overall scheme of intelligent auxiliary monitoring system of traction substation is designed. In the system, the functions of each subsystem are analyzed and integrated step by step to further improve the intelligence level. Unifying and integrating each subsystem to form the functional linkage, and analyzing the design principle of each subsystem to realize the linkage function. To realize the integration of auxiliary monitoring system and build intelligent auxiliary monitoring system of traction substation. Taking the actual project of Chengdu-Chongqing Railway traction Substation as an example, the requirements of its camera are analyzed. Finally, this paper summarizes the overall design requirements of the intelligent assistant monitoring system software, and completes the main module design of the software. Through the design of the software to process the collected video data, the video switching and linkage functions are realized. The automatic inspection function of video monitoring is completed, and the patrol report can be generated automatically. The intelligent degree of traction substation is improved and the security and reliability maintenance of traction substation is guaranteed.
