基于电流分析的四相开关磁阻电机气隙偏心故障综合检测方法

【摘要】:气隙偏心故障是开关磁阻电机常见故障之一,易导致电机产生不平衡磁拉力,使振动及噪声恶化,影响电机输出性能。本文基于开关磁阻电机电路方程,得到气隙长度与非励磁相电流的函数关系式,利用2D-TFEM计算电机处于正常状态及不同偏心等级情况下非励磁相电流,通过对比,得到不同情况的相电流差值,并提出一种以非励磁相电流差值为特征量的气隙偏心故障检测方法。该法能够实现偏心故障发生、故障相定位及偏心类型辨别的综合检测。仿真与实验结果表明,该法与其他检测法相比,无需增加任何外加电路及传感器,节约检测成本,且具有较高准确性、可靠性及鲁棒性。
[Abstract]:The air gap eccentricity fault is one of the common faults of switched reluctance motor, which can easily lead to unbalanced magnetic pull force, worsen the vibration and noise, and affect the output performance of the motor. Based on the circuit equation of switched reluctance motor (SRM), the functional relationship between air gap length and unexcited phase current is obtained. The unexcited phase current in normal state and different eccentricity of motor is calculated by 2D-TFEM. The phase current difference of different cases is obtained, and an air gap eccentricity fault detection method based on the unexcited phase current difference is proposed. This method can be used to detect eccentricity fault, fault phase location and eccentricity type discrimination. The simulation and experimental results show that compared with other detection methods, this method does not need any additional circuits and sensors, and it saves the cost of detection, and has higher accuracy, reliability and robustness.
